مسئله‌مندی مهارت‌آموزی: خوانش نظری و انتقادی

مهارت‌آموزی به عنوان یک رویکرد جدید به‌ویژه در نظام آموزشی مطرح و این گونه تلقی شده است که آموزش مهارت ابزار توسعه و پیشرفت کشور است و مهارت‌آموزی باید به موضوع اصلی تبدیل شود. رویکردی که در متون تجربی و سیاست گذاری غالب است طبیعی و بدیهی انگاشتن مهارت‌آموزی است و کمتر به مسئله‌مندی آن توجه شده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش  شناخت مسائل و چالش‌های نظری و بنیادی مهارت‌آموزی و گفت وگوی انتقادی منتقدان و مخالفان آن است تا ابعاد جدیدتری از آن آشکار شود. با مرور نظامند و مطالعة و بررسی انتقادی سنت‌های نظری متعدد، مسائل و چالش‌های آموزش مهارت به بحث و بررسی گذاشته شده است. مسائل بنیادی مطرح شده در حوزه مهارت‌آموزی عبارتند از: مهارت‌زدایی از نیروی کار (تباهی کار)، دانش ضمنی و امکان‌ناپذیری برنامه‌ریزی برای آموزش آن و مهارت به‌مثابه بازتولید نابربرای های موجود.

The Problematization of Skill Training: Theoretical and Critical Reading

Skills training has been considered a new approach, especially in the education system. Also, it is believed that skill training is a tool for the development and progress of the country. The prevailing approach in empirical and policymaking texts pays less attention to the problematic facet of this issue. The main purpose of this study is to identify the theoretical and fundamental issues and challenges of skill training. In addition, this paper deals with the critical views to reveal the new dimensions of it. By systematic and critical reviewing of various theoretical traditions, we discussed the problems and challenges of skill training. The findings revealed that the fundamental issues in skill training are: degradation of work, tacit knowledge, the impossibility of planning for training, and skills as the reproduction of existing inequalities.
