چکیده
|
تهران شهری است که به طور مستمر تولید (یا بازتولید) می شود، در این معنا، تهرانِ معاصر از زمانی آغاز می شود که منطق جدیدی بر این فرآیند تولید حاکم شده است. در این‌جا به مطالعه تاریخ تهران از منظری تبارشناختی پرداخته شده است تا با درک منطق های پیشین تولید شهر، نظم نوین تهران و چرایی و چگونگی ممکن شدن آن صورت بندی شود.از سال 1368 با تغییر رویکردهای اقتصادی دولت و به تَبَع آن تحول در مدیریت شهری، امکان شکل‌گیری رابطه‌‌ای فراهم شده است که در آن فضا و شهر به کالا تبدیل شده و به قصد ساخت و ساز مورد معامله قرار می گیرند. شکل گیری و تداوم این رابطه سرمایه‌دارانه منوط به امکان تعلیق قواعد و مقررات است. این فرم جدید از شهرسازی غیررسمی، به کمک طرح های شهری و اختیارات نهادهای مدیریتی، خصوصاً کمیسیون ماده پنج میسر می شود. در این تحقیق با کمک دو نظریه شهری شدن سرمایه هاروی و شهرسازی غیررسمی روی و الصید، به تحلیل منطق جدید تولید تهران و عوامل و نیروهای دخیل پرداخته شده است.

Abstract
|
Tehran is a city which is being reproduced, constantly.This means that the contemporary Tehran was formed when a new logic dominated this reproduction process. This research studied the history of Tehran with a genealogical perspective to find the previous logics and make a clear image of contemporary order of the city, and how and why this order has been generated.From 1989 with the changes in the government’s economic approaches, and in the urban management, a relation has been formed in which the city and space as commodities are being traded. This capitalistic relation is provided by suspension of urban rules. This new form of urban informality becomes possible with help of the urban projects and the authority of management institutions like the Commission of the Fifth Article. Using the theory of urbanization of capital by David Harvey, and the theory of urban informality by Ananya Roy & Nezar AlSayyad, this research tries to analyze the new logic of Tehran and the role of effective factors and forces.
