تبیین فرایند و توسعه مدل کنترل استراتژی با رویکرد منبع ‏محور در حوزه حمل و نقل دریایی: مطالعه‏ ای با روش‏ شناسی نظریه داده‏ بنیاد

پژوهش حاضر درصدد دستیابی به مضامین مشترک و درک عمیق از تجارب زیسته خبرگان حوزه حمل و نقل دریایی، در جهت تبیین فرایند و توسعه مدل کنترل استراتژی با رویکرد منبع ‏محور در سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی است. پژوهش پیش رو بر روش کیفی و رویکرد استراتژی داده‌بنیاد کوربین و استراوس نسخه 2015 مبتنی است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 24 مشارکت‌کننده، به عنوان خبرگان حوزه حمل و نقل دریایی استفاده‌ شد. یافته ‏های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که کنترل استراتژی، بسیار زمینه ‏محور و متاثر از جنبه‏ ها و عوامل حاصل از شرایط زمینه‏ ای شامل هویت سازمان، بستر سازمان و متغیرهای فردی است. علاوه بر آن رویکرد فرایندی به عنوان مقوله محوری راهبردها و عوامل کنترل استراتژی را رقم می‏زند. نقطه آغازین این فرایند، مقوله زیرساخت‏ها و سیستم‏های مدیریتی است. به دنبال زیرساخت‏ها و سیستم‏ها، مقولۀ منابع و نیروی انسانی مطرح می‏شود و در نهایت مقوله فرایندهای اصلی و پشتیبانی قرار دارد که منتهی به پیامدهایی می‏گردد. کیفیت خدمات و یا محصولات، کیفیت فرایندها و رضایت متوازن ذی‏نفعان از پی‏آمدهای کنترل استراتژی است که برآیند آن‏ها کیفیت یک سازمان را به عنوان یک پیامد کلان و منتج از اطلاعات و نتایج تلفیقی رقم خواهد زد.

explaining the process and developing the strategy control model with a resource-based view in the field of maritime transport: a grounded theory methodology (gtm) study

introduction: the objective of this study is to obtain common themes and a deep understanding of the lived experiences of the experts in the field of maritime transport. it aims to explain the process and develop the strategy control model with a resource-based view in the ports and maritime organization .methods: this study is methodologically a qualitative research using the strauss & corbin’s approach of grounded theory methodology (corbin & strauss, 2015). symbolic interactionism and pragmatism have been used as philosophical background, paradigm and intellectual view in this research methodology to understand and recognize fully the strategy control factors with resource-based view. to collect data, in-depth semi-structured interviews with 24 participants were used. participants were maritime transport experts who were recruited using the theoretical sampling method (until theoretical saturation). in this study, data analysis was done using the open coding process to identify concepts, coding to develop and expand concepts and coding for context, process and integration or theoretical integration and merging.results: the findings of this study reveal that strategy control is very context-oriented entity and affected by various aspects and factors resulting from the contextual factors including the identity of the organization, the context of the organization and individual variables. in addition, the process approach has been interrelated as the main theme and axial category of the research in all stages of the strategy control process from the very beginning, determining strategies and the strategy control factors based on the resource-based view. these factors are the result of an iterative process of the stages of the grounded theory methodology including open coding, coding for the development and expansion of concepts and theoretical integration .this resulted in extraction of concepts, categories and after explaining the relationships and integration, it led to the proposed model in the field of maritime transport.
