تبیینی نو از نهاد سرمایه‌داری در خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا: ظهور، تحول و تکامل آن

خاستگاه نهاد سرمایه‌داری- به مثابه یک نظام ( اقتصاد و سیاسی)، شکل بندی،(اجتماعی و اقتصادی) نظم (اجتماعی اقتصادی بازارمحور) - در خاورمیانه و چگونگی تحول و تکامل آن، علیرغم اهمیت در نظام مسائل معاصرخاورمیانه تا حد خیلی زیادی در پژوهش‌ها( به ویژه داخل) مرتبط اقتصادسیاسی( در سطوح خرد و کلان) مغفول مانده است. این مقاله در تلاش است به سئوال مهم خاستگاه و منشاء ظهور سرمایه داری در خاورمیانه و چگونگی تحول و تکامل آن در بستر تاریخ، پاسخ دهد. سطح تحلیل پژوهش حاضر، جهانی و مبتنی بر نظریات نظام‌جهانی ( والرشتاین، جیوانی اریگی، نظریه توسعه ناموزون و مرکب تروتسکی/انیه واس و اغلو) و از نظر روشی از روش‌تاریخی- دگرگونی(مرحله گرا)، تبیینی و آماری و مقایسه ای بهره می‌برد. از حیث زمانی نیز به دوران پیشا‌استعمار تا به امروز محدود می‌باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش در نگاه اول، چشم‌اندازی « مرحله‌‌ای- غیر‌خطی» و «تعاملی» از ظهور و بسط سرمایه‌داری در خاورمیانه نشان می‌دهد که هر مرحله از تحول، خاورمیانه صورتبندی خاصی از سرمایه‌داری در تطور تاریخ تجربه کرده است. این پژوهش ضمن پوشش برخی نقاط کور مفهومی و تجربی، در کلیت تا حدی فروض مهم اروپا‌محوری ( تاریخی، هنجاری، پیش‌آگاهی و مرحله‌گرا) و انتزاعیات فضایی ناشی از آن- یعنی رد عاملیت علی جهان غیر‌اروپایی/ سرپوش گذاشتن برخشونت سرمایه‌داری ‌اروپایی- در مراحل مختلف تحول و تکامل و بسط سرمایه‌داری در خاورمیانه به چالش می‌کشد.

a new explanation of the capitalist institution in the middle east and north africa: its emergence, transformation and evolution

the origin of capitalism -as a system(economic and political),formation,(social and economic) order (socio-economic market-oriented) -in the middle east and how it transformation and evolution, despite its importance in the system of contemporary issues of the middleeast to a great extent in researches (especially domestic)related to political economy (at micro and macro levels)have been neglected.this article is trying to answer the important question of the origin and origin of the rise of capitalism in the middle east and how it evolves in the context of history. the level of analysis of the current research is global and based on world-system theories (wallerstein, giovann arrighi, theory of uneven and combined development).in terms of method, it uses the historical-transformative (stage-oriented), explanatory, statistical and comparative method.in terms of time, it is also limited to the pre-colonial era until today. the findings of the research, at first glance,a stage-non-linear and interactive perspective of the emergence and expansion of capitalism in the middle east show that each stage of development, the middle east is a special formulation of capital- dari has experienced in the development of history.this research while covering some conceptual and experimental blind spots,in general, to some extent importanteuropean-centric assumptions (historical, normative, foresight and stage-oriented) and the resulting spatial abstractions -that is, rejecting the causal agency of the non-european world/cover-up placing the rise of european capitalism in various stages of transformation and development and expansion of capitalism in the middle east is challenging.
