هوش سیاسی و ذهن‌آگاهی رهبران آمریکا و کره شمالی و تاثیر آن‌ بر روابط دو کشور در بازه زمانی 2017 تا 2019

بحران روابط کره شمالی و ایالات متحده آمریکا در برنامه هسته‌ای و موشکی این کشور از دیرپاترین بحران‌ها در نظام بین‌الملل معاصر است. پیشرفت توقف‌ناپذیر برنامه هسته‌ای کره شمالی در کنار تمایل و اراده آمریکا برای از بین بردن توان تهدیدزای این کشور سبب شده است تا نه تنها بحران موجود تداوم داشته باشد بلکه بر شدت آن نیز افزوده شود. با در نظر گرفتن سنت فکری رهبری در کره شمالی و پیوند برنامه هسته‌ای با هویت دفاعی و سیاسی این کشور از یک سو و روی کار آمدن دونالد ترامپ در آمریکا با رویکرد تهاجمی‌تر در مقایسه با باراک اوباما بیش از هر زمان دیگری تشدید بحران میان کره شمالی و آمریکا را ایجاد کرد. پرسش اصلی که مطرح می‌شود این است چگونه هوش سیاسی و ذهن‌آگاهی بر تصمیم‌گیری رهبران سیاسی دو کشور آمریکا (ترامپ) وکره شمالی (کیم) اثرگذار بوده است؟ فرض ما در این تحقیق این است که هوش سیاسی و ذهن‌آگاهی بر نحوه تصمیم‌گیری رهبران دو کشور کره شمالی (کیم) و ایالات‌متحده (ترامپ) تاثیرگذار بوده است. با توجه به پیچیدگی و چالش‌های روابط دو کشور آمریکا و کره‌ شمالی تلاش می‌شود تا با روش کیفی و تفسیری- تطبیقی و نوعی تحلیل محتوا، بررسی تطبیقی و شناخت دقیق از هوش سیاسی و ذهن‌آگاهی رهبران سیاسی دو کشور، تاثیرات آن بر روابط دو کشور به درستی تبیین شود. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد هوش سیاسی رهبران سیاسی این دو کشور کاملاً بر نحوه و کیفیت روابط دوجانبه آنها اثرگذار بوده و پیامدهای سیاسی- امنیتی خاصی را به دنبال آورده است.

political intelligence and mindfulness of us and north korean leaders and its effect on bilateral relations within 2017-2019

in the contemporary international order, us-north korea relations have long been fraught with a crisis over north korea’s nuclear and missile program. the unrelenting march of the north korean nuclear program and the us’ desire or will to destroy this threat have not only prolonged this crisis but exacerbated it. the north korean leadership’s intellectual tradition, the nuclear program’s link to the nation’s defense and political identity, and the incoming trump administration’s more aggressive policies compared to the obama administration all contributed to the us-north korean tensions. the main question concerns the effect of political intelligence and mindfulness on the decisions of american (donald trump) and north korean (kim jong-un) leaders. the research hypothesis states that political intelligence and mindfulness have affected the decisions of north korean and american leaders to unprecedented levels. us-north korea relations are fraught with complexities and challenges. therefore, this qualitative interpretive-comparative content analysis aims to gain a better insight into both leaders’ political consciousness and mindfulness and its effect on bilateral relations. the findings show that the political intelligence of both political leaders affects their bilateral relations with specific political-security outcomes.
