وضعیت کنونی نظم بین المللی، روندهای آینده و پیامد آن برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران

نظم بین‌المللی هرگز از ثبات و استمرار برخوردار نبوده و در طول تاریخ روابط بین‌الملل همواره در معرض دگرگونی بوده است که مهم‌ترین تغییر آن در اواخر قرن بیستم صورت گرفت. متاثر از این تغییر، یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعاتی که دانش پژوهان را به نظریه‌پردازی واداشته، مباحثه در مورد نوع نظم بین‌المللی و چشم انداز آتی آن بوده است. مسلماً در این مسیر پیامدهایی نیز متوجه کشورهای نظیر ایران در عرصه بین‌الملل نیز خواهد بود. بر این اساس نویسنده هدف مقاله را در بررسی و تبیین سه محور «تصویر وضع موجود از نظم بین‌الملل»، «روند‌های آینده» و «تاثیر آن بر جمهوری اسلامی ایران» خلاصه می‌کند. لذا سوال اصلی مقاله از این قرار است که چه تصویری از وضعیت کنونی نظم بین‌الملل و چشم انداز آتی آن حاکم است و چه پیامدهایی برای ایران دارد؟ روش بررسی پژوهش توصیفیتحلیلی می باشد و نتیجه‌گیری کلی نشان می‌دهد که وضعیت توزیع قدرت بعد از فروپاشی شوروی به صورت تک‌قطبی درآمده است؛ این وضعیت اکنون نیز تداوم یافته‌است؛ اما روندها نشان می‌دهند که چین آمریکا را دنبال می‌کند و آن را به رقابت می‌کشد. درنتیجه نظام بین‌الملل از وضعیت موجود خارج و به دورۀ استقرار نظم بین‏المللی جدید حرکت خواهد کرد؛ در خصوص تاثیر این وضعیت برکشورهای نظیر ایران نیز بر ضرورت پیوند استراتژیک با یکی از قدرت‌های بزرگ تاکید می‌شود.

the current state of the international order, future trends and its consequences for iran

the international order has never been stable and continuous, and throughout history international relations have always been subject to change, the most important change of which took place in the late twentieth century.influenced by this change, one of the most important issues that has led scholars to theorize has been the discussion of the type of international order and its future perspective.in this direction, there will be consequences for countries like iran in the international arena. accordingly, the author summarizes the purpose of the article in examining and explaining the three areas of & picture of the current situation of international order &, &future trends& and &its impact on iran&. the research method is descriptiveanalytical and the general conclusion shows that the power distribution situation has become unipolar since the collapse of the soviet union.this situation continues today.but trends show that china is following the united states and competing with it.as a result,the international system will move out of the status quo and into the period of establishing a new international order led by the united states and china;regarding the impact of this situation on countries such as iran, the need for a strategic alliance with one of the great powers is emphasized.
