بررسی وضعیت و جایگاه مساله فلسطین در عادی‌سازی روابط عربستان سعودی و رژیم اسرائیل

مساله فلسطین یکی از پیچیده‌ترین مسائل منطقه خاورمیانه از 1948 تا به حال است. رژیم اسرائیل در چندین جنگ با اعراب، بر مناطق فلسطینی زیادی مسلط شده و اراضی آنها را اشغال کرده است. این رژیم در اتحاد با آمریکا برای سال‌ها امنیت خود را تامین شده می‌دید، اما رقابت روزافزون ایالات متحده با چین، که یکی از دلایل خروج تدریجی آن از منطقه است و افزایش نفوذ جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه، موجب شده هم اعراب، به خصوص متحدان عربستان سعودی و هم رژیم اسرائیل با چالش‌های امنیتی روبه‌رو شده و از 2015، روندی موسوم به عادی‌سازی روابط را آغاز کنند و تا کنون، به موفقیت‌هایی نیز دست یابند. در این میان پرسش اصلی آن است که مساله فلسطین در روند عادی‌سازی این روابط میان اعراب و رژیم اسرائیل، داری چه وضعیت و جایگاهی است؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش، روش تحقیق مقاله تحلیلی و توصیفی، و تا حدودی نیز تاریخی است. هدف مقاله آن است که در این روند عادی‌سازی روابط، به طور خاص بر موضوع فلسطین متمرکز شود، چرا که این مساله برای جمهوری اسلامی، یکی از نقاط ایدئولوژیک است که در تضاد با وجود رژیم اسرائیل، با امنیت آن گره خورده. نتیجه کلی مقاله نشان می‌دهد اعراب متحد عربستان، در روند عادی‌سازی، جایگاه بالایی برای آرمان فلسطین قائل نیستند؛ اما سعودی که ادعای رهبری مسلمانان را دارد، در شعار، حل مساله فلسطین را یکی از شروط عادی‌سازی کامل روابط خود با رژیم اسرائیل می‌داند، با این‌حال چنانچه امنیت آن بیشتر تهدید شود، عربستان این شرط را نیز رها خواهد کرد.

the significance and position of the palestinian issue in normalization of saudi-israeli relations

the palestinian issue is one of the most complex issues in the middle east that has loomed large since 1948. during several wars with the arabs, the israeli regime seized control of palestinian regions and occupied their lands. thanks to its union with the usa, israel considered its security guaranteed, however, since 2015, a trend known as &normalization of relations& has emerged, which has had some success, but both arabs, particularly saudi arabia’s allies, and israel have faced security challenges due to the united states’ increasing competition with china, which is one of the reasons for the united states’ gradual withdrawal from the region, and the increased influence of iran there. the main question that arises is &what role, significance, and position the palestinian issue plays in the normalization of arabisraeli relations?& this study used an analyticaldescriptive and, to some extent, historical approach to answer the question. the study’s goal was to concentrate particularly on the palestinian issue in this normalization of relations because it is one of the islamic republic of iran’s strategic points of contention with israel and is intertwined with its security. the study’s general findings revealed that arab allies of saudi arabia do not place a high value on the palestinian cause in the normalization process; however, saudi arabia, which claims to be the leader of muslims, appears to regard resolving the palestinian issue as one of the conditions for normalizing relations with israel. however, if saudi arabia’s security is jeopardized more than this, it will withdraw from this term as well.
