رقابت هژمونیک آمریکا و چین و تاثیر آن بر جریان انرژی و نفت در جهان

ایالات متحده بعنوان کشوری که که دارنده معیارهای یک هژمون است، تلاش می‌کند تا آن را حفظ نماید و چین بعنوان یک قدرت نوظهور در صحنه بین‌الملل تلاش دارد که خود را به عنوان یک رقیب هژمونیک آمریکا به جامعه جهانی بشناساند. نقطه مشترک در تقابل هژمونیک میان آمریکا و چین در زمینه انرژی گرایش هر دو کشور به منطقه خاورمیانه است. هرچند برای ایالات متحده این مسئله جدیدی نیست، اما گرایش روز افزون چین برای مقابله با تهدید امنیت انرژی خود اهمیت زیادی دارد، زیرا چین از این طریق در پی آن است که نفوذ خود در سایر حوزه را نیز اعمال نماید. پژوهش حاضر با تاکید بر دیدگاه‌های مختلف در حوزه هژمونیک بویژه تئوری گرامشی تلاش کرده به سوال اصلی خود در مورد تاثیر رقابت هژمونیک آمریکا و چین بر جریان انرژی و نفت در جهان پاسخ دهد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رقابت هژمونیک آمریکا و چین و تاثیر آن بر جریان انرژی و نفت در جهان است. روش تحقیق استفاده شده در این پژوهش از نوع توصیفیتحلیلی می‌باشد. پژوهش به این نتیجه رسیده که میان آمریکا و چین رقابت هژمونیک برقرار است تا تقابل هژمونیک. زیرا چین در مراحل اولیه رقابت هژمونیک با آمریکا قرار دارد و معلوم نیست این رقابت به موفقیت چین بیانجامد و بتواند خود را بعنوان یک هژمون معرفی نماید. چین معیارهای لازم جهت معرفی خود بعنوان هژمونیک در تمام زمینه ها را ندارد و همانگونه که گرامشی بیان می کند مقبولیت لازم را نیز ندارد.

US-China Hegemonic Rivalry and Its Impact on World Energy and Oil Flows

The United States, a country having the standards of a hegemon, is trying to maintain it, and China, as an emerging power on the international stage, is trying to establish itself as an American hegemonic rival to world. A common point in hegemonic confrontation between the United States and China in field of energy is tendency of both countries to the Middle East region. Although this is not new to the United States, China’s tendency to counter threat to its energy security is significant, as China seeks to exert its influence in other areas. This study tries to answer its main question about the impact of US and Chinese hegemonic competition on the flow of energy and oil in world by emphasizing different perspectives in the field of hegemony, especially Gramsci theory. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the hegemonic competition between the United States and China and its impact on flow of energy and oil in the world. The research method used in this research is descriptiveanalytical. Resukts showed that there is a hegemonic rivalry between the United States and China rather than a hegemonic confrontation. Because China is in an early stage of hegemonic competition with the United States it is not clear that this competition will lead to China’s success and whether it will be able to introduce itself as a hegemon. China does not have the necessary criteria to introduce itself as a hegemon in all fields and, as Gramsci states, it does not have the necessary acceptance.
