بررسی نقش دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران در جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران

این مقاله به بررسی نقش دولت ایران در مقاطع مختلف دوران دفاع ­مقدس می‌‌پردازد. در این مقاله از شیوه و روش توصیفی-تحلیلی استفاده شده است و داده‌‌ها به روش کتابخانه‎ای و با مطالعه اسناد و مدارک آشکار و نیز مصاحبه شفاهی با بعضی از افراد دست‌اندرکار آن دوره جمع‌آوری گردیده‌‌اند. هدف و نوع تحقیق نیز کاربردی می‌باشد. مقاله در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که دولت در چه حوزه‌‌هایی و چگونه از جبهه‌‌ها و رزمندگان پشتیبانی می‌‎کرده است. اهمیت بررسی این موضوع در آن است که بدون در نظر گرفتن فعالیت‌‌های دولت، تصور حفظ تمامیت ارضی کشور غیرواقعی است. یافته‌های این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که دولت در تامین حداقل معیشت مردم و کنترل نرخ تورم، کارنامه‌ای قابل قبول داشته و در تامین بودجه و اعتبارات نیروهای مسلح و نیز رسیدگی به خانواده شهدا و جانبازان و اسرا و مفقودین و سَر و سامان دادن به مهاجرین جنگی و جنگ‌زدگان و همچنین پشتیبانی‌های پزشکی، صنعتی، مهندسی از جبهه‌ها نقش خوبی ایفا کرده است. اما در بکارگیری ظرفیت‌های دیپلماسی جهت پایان دادن هرچه سریعتر به جنگ و نیز محدودسازی دامنه مخاصمات و نیل به مصالحه، عملکرد مطلوبی نداشته است.

Investigating the Role of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Imposed war of Iraq against Iran

Governments as a variable sponsor and supplier of the Armed Forces played an important and effective role in the resistance of the Iranian people, victories and possibly some failures of the war has been imposed. This research examines the role of the Iranian government in different periods of the holy defense. In this article, a descriptiveanalytical method has been used. The data are collected by a library method and by reading explicit documents as well as oral interviews with some persons involved. The purpose and type of research is also used to examine the role and effect of government in the course of the imposed Iraqi war against Iran. This article seeks to answer the question of how and in what areas the government supported the fronts and warriors. The importance of examining this issue is that it is unrealistic to imagine exiting the aggressive army from Iran and preserving the territorial integrity of the country, regardless of the efforts and activities of the government during the war. The government was an important part of Iran’s defensive power during the war, whose sustainability and performance played a significant role in preventing the advance of the Iraqi army during the early months of the war as well as in the successes of operations and the development of the country’s combat capability.
