تحلیل مولفه‌های توتالیتاریسم در کره شمالی

«کیم یعنی کره؛ و کره یعنی کیم»در کره شمالی خاندان کیم ‌ایل‌سونگ با رهبری بلامنازع موروثی و غرق در کیش شخصیت، چهره جدیدی از رژیم توتالیتر را در بالاترین سطح ممکن ایجاد و این کشور را به بزرگترین زندان جهان تبدیل نموده‌اند و مردم چاره‌ای جز بردگی یا انتخاب مرگ تدریجی ندارند، چرا که راهی برای رسیدن به آزادی و حتی خودکشی هم وجود ندارد. در این راستا، هدف پژوهش، سنجش شیوه زمامداری خاندان کیم در پرتو شاخصه‌های رژیم توتالیتر با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی است و در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که ماهیت و ساختار زمامداری در کره شمالی تا چه حدی مولفه‌های توتالیتاریسم را منعکس می‌نماید؟ نتایج پژوهش حکایت از این دارد که در این کشور، رهبر عالی و حزب کارگر با نفوذ در تمام ارکان قدرت و با سوء‌استفاده از آرمان‌های مکتب جوچه و رهایی از استعمار ژاپن، بر پایه سه عنصر: رهبر واحد، ایدئولوژی واحد، حزب واحد و بهره‌مندی از سیاست سانگون (اولویت-نظامی)، نظام وحدت و تمرکز قدرت، شیوه سرکوب و مجازات، ایجاد رعب و وحشت، زمامداری غیر‌دموکراتیک و تبعیت گریز‌ناپذیر مردم، نظام سیاسی مبتنی بر کلیه شاخصه‌های رژیم توتالیتاریسم را ایجاد نموده‌اند.

Analysis of the Components of Totalitarianism in North Korea

In North Korea, the Kim dynasty have created a new face of the totalitarian at the highest possible level and made this country the largest prison in the world, and the people have no choice but to enslave or choose gradual death, because there is not a way to achieve freedom and even suicide. In this regard, the aim of the study is to measure the dominance of Kim family in the light of the characteristics of the totalitarianism by descriptiveanalytical method and it seeks to answer the question: To what extent does the nature and structure of governance in North Korea reflect the components of totalitarianism? The results show that the Supreme Leader and the Labor Party, by influencing all elements of power and abusing the ideals of the Juche School and liberating from Japanese colonialism, under three elements: a oneleader, a oneideology, and a oneparty and benefiting from the Songun policy (Militaryfirst), the system of unity and creation of power, the method of repression and punishment, the creation of terror, nondemocratic rule and the inevitable obedience of the people, have created the political system based on all the features of the totalitarianism.
