مقایسه نقش لابی اسرائیل در سیاست خارجی ایالات متحده آمریکا در دوران باراک اوباما و دونالد ترامپ (با تاکید بر توافق هسته‏‌ای با جمهوری اسلامی ایران)

لابی اسرائیل یکی از قدرتمند‏ترین و فراگیرترین گروه‏های سیاسی در آمریکا می‏باشد که در ساختارهای سیاسی ایالات متحد نفوذ قابل توجهی دارد. کمیته روابط عمومی آمریکااسرائیل مشهور به آیپک، یکی از بزرگترین و قدرتمندترین گروه‏های لابی گری در آمریکا محسوب می‏شود. لابی طرفدار اسرائیل در آمریکا با روی کار آمدن جورج بوش تا به امروز با تحت فشار قرار دادن ایالات متحده آمریکا، سعی در مقابله با جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارد، در این راستا، این لابی به همراه دولت اسرائیل شروع به فضاسازی بر علیه ج.ا. ایران و بزرگنمایی خطر ایران نسبت به اسرائیل، منطقه و جهان کردند تا فضای روانی لازم را در آمریکا برای اقدامات بعدی ایجاد کنند. این لابی سیاست دولت اسرائیل برای بزرگنمایی خطر ایران و محدودسازی قدرت ایران نیز سیاست تحریم جمهوری اسلامی را در داخل ایالات متحده با شدت پیگیری کرد که ماحصل نهایی آن تحریم‏های جامع ایالات متحده علیه ایران شد. در این مقاله در پی پاسخ به این سوال می‏باشیم که تفاوت لابی اسرائیل در دو دولت باراک اوباما و دونالد ترامپ در مورد توافق هسته‏ای ایران چه بوده است؟ فرضیه مقاله این است که لابی‏های اسرائیل در دولت باراک اوباما از نفوذ کمتری نسبت به دولت دونالد ترامپ برای تاثیرگذاری بر توافق هسته‏ای ایران برخوردار بودند. بنابراین در این مقاله به بررسی مقایسه لابی‏های اسرائیل در دولت باراک اوباما و دونالد ترامپ(با تاکید بر توافق هسته‏ای با ایران) می‏پردازیم که در این راستااز روش توصیفیتحلیلی و ابزار کتابخانه ای بهره می‏گیریم

Comparing the role of Israel lobby in US foreign policy during Barack Obama and Donald Trump administrations (With an emphasis on nuclear agreement with the Islamic Republic of Iran)

Israeli Lobby is one of the most powerful and affective political groups in the US political structures which has a significant influence on the political structures of the United States.  AIPAC (The American Israeli Public Affairs Committee) is one of the largest and most powerful lobbying groups in the US. Since Georg W. Bush presidency, the abovementioned group with Israel support has tried to put pressure on the US to confront Iran. In this regard, the group together with the Israeli government has begun propagation against Iran and magnification of its danger to Israel, the region and the world in order to build an atmosphere of Iran phobia for future actions. This lobby of the Israeli government’s policy of magnifying Iran’s threat and limiting Iran’s power has also strongly pursued a policy of boycotting the Islamic Republic inside the United States which ultimately resulted in comprehensive US sanctions against Iran. In this article we seek to answer this question of what is the difference between the Israeli lobby in the two administrations of Barack Obama and Donald Trump over Iran’s nuclear deal. The research hypothesis is that the Israeli lobby had had less power in Obama administration than Trump in order to affect the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Nuclear Deal. Therefore, in this article we will compare the Israeli lobbies efforts in Barack Obama and Donald Trump administrations (with an emphasis on the nuclear agreement with Iran) by using a descriptiveanalytical approach and a library method.
