بررسی علل حضور مستشاری جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سوریه

جمهوری اسلامی ایران، یک قدرت منطقه‌ای مهم در خاورمیانه است که نفوذ آن در میان شیعیان منطقه و دیگر گروه‌ها، این وضعیت را بسیار تقویت کرده است. در این میان، روابطی که ایران با سوریه دارد، روابط راهبردی است که از جمله دلایل آن، وجود حکومت علوی در سوریه، یاری به ایران در جنگ تحمیلی، قرار داشتن سوریه در صف اول مقاومت علیه رژیم اسرائیل و وجود خط پشتیبانی ایران از حزب‌الله لبنان در سوریه است که موجب شده ایران به هر نوع بحرانی در این کشور واکنش نشان دهد. بحران اخیر در سوریه در سال 2011 آغاز شد که طی آن اعتراضات مردم شهروندان حمص، با وارد کردن تروریست‌های تکفیری توسط کشورهای خارجی به این کشور، به جنگ داخلی بدل شد و به این ترتیب، جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای حمایت از دولت سوریه، وارد این بحران گردید که حمایتی همه‌جانبه و به ویژه مستشاری بود. بر این اساس، سوال این مقاله آن است که حضور مستشاران نظامی ایران در سوریه، دارای چه کمیت و کیفیتی بوده و چه هدفی را دنبال می‌کرده است؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش، از روش تحقیق علّی و معلولی و نیز توصیفی استفاده شده است و هدف آن است که به بررسی ابعاد مختلف این حضور و دلایل آن پرداخته شود. نتیجه کلی مقاله نیز نشان می‌دهد که ایران با هدف حفظ بقای دولت سوریه، وارد بحران داخلی این کشور شده و در راستای حمایت همه‌جانبه، مستشاران نظامی خود را به صورت وسیعی به آن گسیل داشته که هدف از آن، افزایش امنیت ملی ایران بوده است.

The Study of the Causes of Advisory Presence of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Syria

The Islamic Republic of Iran is an important regional power in the Middle East, which has greatly strengthened its influence among the Shiites and other groups in the region. In the meantime, Iran’s relationship with Syria is regarded as strategic ties, among which the reasons are: The existence of the Alawite government in Syria, helping Iran in Iraqi imposed war, the presence of Syria in the first line of resistance against the Israeli regime and the existence of a line of Iranian support for the Lebanese Hezbollah in Syria that have caused Iran to respond to any kind of crisis in that country. The recent crisis in Syria began in 2011, during which protests by Homs citizens turned into civil war by bringing in Takfiri terrorist groups from foreign countries. Therefore in support of the Syrian government, Iran entered into this crisis which was both a comprehensive support and an advisory one. According to this argument, the question of this article is that what is the quantity and quality of the presence of Iranian military advisers in Syria and what kind of purpose is being pursued? To answer this question, the causative and nondescriptive research method has been used and its purpose is to examine various dimensions of this presence and its causes. The overall result of the article is that Iran has entered the country’s crisis with the aim of preserving the survival of the Syrian government and in the context of its comprehensive support, has expanded its military advisers to a large extent, which aims to increase its national security.
