عوامل موثر بر تقاضای نفت‌گاز در بخش حمل و نقل ریلی (مطالعه موردی: استان‌های تهران و خراسان رضوی)

یکی از مصرف کنندگان عمده انرژی (فرآورده نفتی) در بین بخش‌های مصرف کننده انرژی در تمام جوامع، بخش حمل‌و‌نقل می‌باشد. بنابراین رشد و شکوفایی بخش حمل‌و‌نقل و به خصوص حمل‌و‌نقل عمومی با تاثیرگذاری بر روی هزینه‌های مستقیم و غیر مستقیم باعث ارتقای رفاه نسبی افراد جامعه خواهد شد. بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر تقاضای نفت‌گاز در بخش حمل‌و‌نقل ریلی(باری-مسافری)(مطالعه موردی: استان‌های تهران و خراسان رضوی) با استفاده از روش رگرسیون به ظاهر نا‌مرتبط در بازه زمانی 1400-1375 می‌باشد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در این پژوهش گویای این نکته است که تولید ناخالص داخلی و ایجاد خطوط جدید در استان‌های مورد بررسی، بیشترین تاثیر را بر تقاضای نفت‌گاز خواهند گذاشت و قیمت حامل انرژی(نفت‌گاز)، کمترین تاثیر را در تقاضای سوخت در بخش جمل‌و‌نقل ریلی در استان‌های تهران و خراسان رضوی خواهد داشت. در مجموع پیشنهاد می‌شود که دولت با سیاست‌های تبعیض قیمتی و افزایش قیمت سوخت در استان خراسان رضوی و کاهش تعرفه‌های قیمتی در بخش حمل‌و‌نقل ریلی استان تهران، موجب افزایش تقاضای حمل‌و‌نقل ریلی در استان‌های مذکور، گردد. [1]. نویسنده مسئول
