شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه‌گذاری در انرژی‌های تجدید‌پذیر در صنعت استان یزد

امروزه مسائل زیست محیطی و افزایش قیمت جهانی نفت بسیاری از کشورها را به سرمایه‌‌گذاری در منابع جدیدی از انرژی سوق داده است. از این‌‌رو دولت‌‌ها در صدد تشویق سرمایه‌‌گذاران در انرژی‌‌های تجدیدپذیر هستند. در این پژوهش به شناسایی و اولویت‌‌بندی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه‌‌گذاری در انرژی‌‌های تجدید‌‌پذیر در صنعت استان یزد پرداخته شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع روش‌‌شناسی، کاربردی- پیمایشی است. استراتژی پژوهش از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی است. به‌‌طوری که در مرحله اول روش کیفی با تکنیک تحلیل محتوای کیفی و در مرحله دوم روش کمی و تکنیک تصمیم‌‌گیری بهترین- بدترین (bwm) مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش مصاحبه و پرسشنامه می‌‌باشد. نمونه آماری به روش هدفمند قضاوتی و با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شده است. جامعه خبرگان این تحقیق در بخش کیفی و تکنیک دلفی 14 نفر از مدیران بخش پژوهش‌های راهبردی وزارت نیرو که فعالیت‌های امکانسنجی سرمایه‌گذاری در انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر بخش صنعت را عهده دار بودند و همچنین کارشناسان و مدیران شرکت بهینه‌سازی مصرف سوخت استان یزد می‌باشد. در بخش کمی و تکنیک بهترین- بدترین از نظران سه نفر از خبرگان استفاده شد. پس از حل 22 مدل ریاضی، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل اصلی موثر بر سرمایه‌گذاری در انرژی‌های تجدید‌پذیر در صنعت استان یزد را می‌توان به‌ترتیب اولویت در شش دسته شامل: قابلیت اعتماد، پذیرش اجتماعی، منابع انسانی، فنی، زیست محیطی و اقتصادی دسته‌بندی نمود. براساس ارزیابی انجام شده 15 مولفه کلیدی و 41 شاخص در این 6 بعد معرفی شدند.

identifying and prioritizing factors affecting investment in renewable energy in the industry of yazd province afarin akhavan associate professor, science and arts university, (akhavan@sau.ac.ir) ebrahim zakeri zarch master in industrial engineering, (e.zakeri.z@gmail.com) received: 2024/07/12 accepted: 2025/01/12 abstract 1 today, environmental issues and the escalating cost of fossil fuels have led many countries to invest in new energy sources. therefore, governments are seeking to encourage investors in renewable energy. this research focuses on identifying and prioritizing the factors influencing investment in renewable energy in the industry of yazd province. the present study is of an exploratory mixed-methods nature. in the first phase, a qualitative method was used with the technique of qualitative content analysis, and in the second phase, a quantitative method and the best-worst method (bwm) for decision-making were employed. the data collection tools were a combination of interviews and questionnaires. the statistical sample was selected by a purposeful judgmental method and by the snowball sampling method. the expert community for this research in the qualitative section and the delphi technique consists of 14 managers from the strategic research department of the ministry of energy, who were responsible for conducting feasibility studies for investments in renewable energy in the industrial sector, as well as experts and managers from the fuel consumption optimization company in yazd province. in the quantitative section, the best-worst method was utilized based on the opinions of three experts. after solving 22 mathematical models, the results of the research indicated that the main factors influencing investment in renewable energy in the industry of yazd province can be categorized into six priority groups: reliability, social acceptance, human resources, technical aspects, environmental considerations, and economic factors. based on the evaluation conducted, 15 key components and 41 indicators were introduced within these six dimensions. jel classification: q2, g11, c58, r11. keywords: renewable energies, investment, effective factors, industry sector, yazd, best-worst method.
