ارزیابی طرح تبدیل متانول به بنزین(mtg) عبور از بحران مازاد متانول و نا‌ترازی بنزین

طبق برآوردها، مجموع ظرفیت پیش‌بینی ‌شده تولید متانول کشور در افق 10 ساله بالغ بر40.292 میلیون‌تن خواهد بود. عمده بازار صادرات متانول ایران بصورت نسبتاً انحصاری به کشور چین اختصاص یافته‌است و عدم تنوع در اهداف صادراتی، ریسک جدی بازار را برای متانول ایران به  همراه خواهد داشت. در این پژوهش کاربردی، به منظور ارائه راه حل برای این چالش، راهکار تغییر کاربری متانول و تبدیل آن به بنزین طی فرآیند mtg مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. چنین رویکردی چالش ناترازی بنزین در کشور که در سال‌های آتی نمود بیشتری خواهد یافت را نیز تحت‌الشعاع قرار می‌دهد و به نوعی راهکاری دوگانه برای حل مسائل این دو حوزه بر شمرده می‌شود. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که با قیمت‌های فعلی متانول و سبد محصولات طرح، این طرح از نتایج اقتصادی جذابی برخوردار نمی‌باشد. آنالیز حساسیت اقتصاد طرح mtg بیانگر این موضوع است که در روندهای افزایشی قیمت نفت، اقتصاد این طرح بهبود یافته و می‌توان mtg را به‌عنوان یکی از گزینه‌های موجود اقتصادی برای رفع معضل مازاد متانول مدنظر قرار داد. در عین‌حال با توجه به شرایط تحریم‌های بین‌المللی و نیز محدودیت تکنولوژیکی، توجیه‌پذیری توسعه این فناوری محل بحث بوده و اطمینان از دستیابی به تکنولوژی و ارزیابی دقیق‌تری از آینده قیمت نفت و گاز و بازار متانول و منابع تامین مالی در روشن نمودن ابعاد سرمایه‌گذاری در یک طرح mtg در ایران حیاتی می‌باشد. 

initial assessment of the methanol to gasoline (mtg) conversion project - a solution to overcome the methanol surplus crisis and gasoline imbalance in iran

according to estimates, the total expected capacity of methanol production in the following 10-years period including plants with the final product of methanol and plants that use methanol as a intermediate product will be about 40.292 million tons. the majority of iran’s methanol export market is relatively exclusively exported to china. considering the lack of diversity in iran’s methanol export goals, there will be a serious market risk for iran’s methanol and this issue practically weakens the economy of methanol projects in terms of production level and downward price competition. in this applied research, in order to provide a solution for this challenge, the solution for changing the use of methanol and converting it to gasoline during the mtg process. such an approach overshadows the challenge of gasoline imbalance in the country, which will become more visible in the coming years and in a way, it is considered a dual solution to solve the problems of these two areas. the results suggest that considering the current methanol prices and product portfolio, this project does not have suitable economic results.the economic sensitivity analysis shows that in the increasing trends of oil prices, the economy of this project has improved.
