تولید صیانتی و مدیریت مخازن نفتی و نقش آن در حفاظت از منابع ملی

این تحقیق ضمن ارزیابی مساله تولید بی ضابطه از مخازن نفتی، جایگاه، مفهوم و مستندات حقوقی تولید صیانتی و مدیریت مخازن و قراردادهای نفتی، الزامات، ابعاد و ارتباطات مدیریت مخازن را از ابعاد مختلف بررسی نموده و به این سوال اساسی پاسخ می‌دهد که چگونه می‌توان با رعایت سیاست‌ها و الزامات قراردادی، به «تولید صیانتی» دست یافت؟ تولید صیانتی بسته به وضعیت و شرایط سیاسی و اقتصادی هر کشور متفاوت است و تحقق آن به اموری بستگی دارد که به تامین منابع و منافع ملی جامعه و نسل آینده منتهی خواهد شد. در این تحقیق نظری، کلیه الزامات و ابعاد فنی، اقتصادی، حقوقی و محیط زیست و تعیین شروط قراردادی ضروری که تاثیر به سزایی در تامین و تضمین منافع ملی دارد، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است.
