چکیده
|
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثرات بحران شیوع کووید19 بر نرخ ارز با تاکید بر تغییرات قیمت نفت در دوره زمانی 09.30/1399 -11.30/1398 بصورت روزانه می‌باشد. به منظور برآورد الگو از رویکرد مارکوف سویچینگ استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد بحران کووید19 و افزایش تعداد مبتلایان به تنهایی تاثیر معناداری بر نرخ ارز در کشور ندارد، اما با لحاظ تغییرات قیمت نفت، شیوع کووید19 منجر به افزایش معنادار نرخ ارز در هر دو رژیم و سطح نرخ ارز در کشور شده است. که این افزایش در سطح و رژیم پایین نرخ ارز بزرگتر بوده است. بر این اساس چنانچه بحران کووید19 از طریق کاهش عرضه و تقاضای نفت بتواند قیمت نفت را تغییر دهد، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر نرخ ارز در تمامی سطوح آن دارد. زیرا عمده عرضه ارز در اقتصاد ایران ناشی از درآمدهای نفتی کشور می‌باشد و محدودیت در این عامل می‌تواند در ایجاد تغییرات نرخ ارز در کشور موثر باشد.

Abstract
|
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the Covid19 outbreak crisis on the exchange rate with emphasis on oil price changes in the period of 2020/02/19 2020/12/20 on a daily basis. Markov switching approach has been used to estimate the pattern. The results show that the Covid19 crisis and the growth of the number of patients alone do not have a significant effect on the exchange rate in the country, but in terms of oil price changes, the prevalence of Covid19 leads to a significant increase in exchange rates in both regimes and exchange rates. Has been. This increase has been greater at the level and below the exchange rate regime. Accordingly, if the Covid19 crisis can change oil prices by reducing oil supply and demand, it will have a positive and significant impact on the exchange rate at all levels.
