بررسی و مقایسه جایگاه قوه‌‌قهریه و غیرممکن‌‌شدن قرارداد در قراردادهای نفتی ایران

Investigating and Comparing the Position of Force Majeure and the Impossibility of Contracts in Iranian Oil Contracts
