ارزیابی ریسک‌های برون‌سپاری پایدار براساس تحلیل فازی نوع2: شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی ریسک برون‌سپاری پایدار با داده‌های فازی نوع2 شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب است. این تحقیق از نظر روش شناسی ترکیبی است و برای جمع آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها از فرآیندهای تحلیلی بخش کیفی و کمی استفاده شده است. در بخش کیفی از تحلیل فراترکیب ابتدا به منظور شناسایی مولفه‌ها و مضامین ارزیابی آن جهت سنجش ریسک برون‌سپاری پایدار استفاده شد. سپس براساس تحلیل دلفی تلاش شد تا حد اجماع نظری در خصوص مولفه‌ها و مضامین ارزیابی ریسک برون‌سپاری پایدار تایید شوند. در بخش کمی نیز براساس منطق فازی، از تحلیل داده‌های فازی نوع2 و الگوریتم fahp بهره برده شد. جامعه‌ هدف پژوهش خبرگان دانشگاهی به عنوان اعضای پانل در بخش کیفی و مدیران سطوح سازمانی شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب در بخش کمی بودند. نتایج در بخش کیفی از وجود 3 مولفه اصلی شامل ریسک اقتصادی؛ ریسک زیست‌محیطی و ریسک‌های اجتماعی و 22 مضمون ارزیابی ریسک برون‌سپاری پایدار حکایت داشت. همچنین در بخش کمی نتایج نشان داد، ریسک اقتصادی ناشی از برون‌سپاری پایدار مهمترین مولفه و فقدان استانداردهای زیست‌محیطی در کنترل ضایعات به عنوان مهمترین مضمون ارزیابی در شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب می‌باشند.طبقه‌بندی jel: k32، n71، p18، q40کلیدواژه‌ها: ریسک برون‌سپاری پایدار؛ داده‌های فازی نوع2؛ شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب

Identifying and Prioritizing Sustainable Outsourcing Risk with Fuzzy Type II Data (Case Study: National Company for Southern Oilfields)

The purpose of this research is Identifying and Prioritizing Sustainable Outsourcing Risk with Fuzzy Type II Data in National Company for Southern Oilfields. This research was a Mix methodology and used qualitative and quantitative analytical processes to collect and analyze data. In the qualitative part, metaanalysis was first used to identify its components and themes to assess the risk of sustainable outsourcing. Based on Delphi analysis, an attempt was made to confirm the theoretical consensus on the components and themes of sustainable outsourcing risk assessment. In the quantitative part, based on fuzzy logic, type2 fuzzy data analysis and FAHP algorithm were used. The target population in this study was academic experts as panel members in the quality department and managers of organizational levels of the National Company for Southern Oilfields in the quantitative department. The results in the qualitative part indicated the existence of 3 main components and 22 themes of sustainable outsourcing risk assessment. Also in the quantitative part of the results showed that the economic risk of sustainable outsourcing was the most important component and the lack of environmental standards in waste control was identified as the most important assessment theme in the National Company for Southern Oilfields.JEL Classification: K32, N71, P18, Q4Keywords: Sustainable Outsourcing Risk; Fuzzy Type II; National Company for Southern Oilfields
