دهک‌های مختلف هزینه انرژی خانوار و عوامل موثر بر آن (مطالعه خرد مبتنی بر بودجه خانوار)

مطالعه حاضر به بررسی عوامل موثر بر دهک‌های هزینه مصرف انرژی خانوار با استفاده از داده‌های خرد مرکز آمار ایران در سال 1397 به روش رگرسیون کوانتیل پرداخته و با استفاده از مبانی نظری و مطالعات پیشین اثر عوامل اقتصادی، دموگرافیک، امکانات و تجهیزات، باورها‌ی دینی در الگو بررسی گردیده است.با افزایش درآمد از طبقات پایین به بالاتر (براساس شاخص aei) هزینه مصرف انرژی خانوار افزایش و اثر آن در دهک‌های بالای هزینه مصرف انرژی خانوار پررنگ‌تر می‌شود. همچنین افزایش نسبت هزینه‌های خوراکی به هزینه کل موجب افزایش هزینه شده است.با بالاتر رفتن سن سرپرست‌ خانوار و افزایش رفاه، هزینه مصرف صعودی و اثر آن با افزایش دهک‌ها نزولی شده و علامت ضریب توان دوم این متغیر منفی و تابع درجه دو آن بعد از رسیدن به نقطه ماکزیمم نزولی می‌گردد. رتبه تحصیلات دانشگاهی صرفاً در دهک‌های پایین هزینه مصرف موثر است. زیر‌بنای منازل و تعداد اعضای خانوار هزینه مصرف را در تمامی دهک‌ها به‌طور یکسان افزایش داده است. جالب‌تر اینکه افزایش تجهیزات و امکانات10 در گروه 2 بی‌تاثیر و گروه 3 در مقایسه با گروه مرجع تنها در دهک‌های پایین هزینه مصرف مثبت گردید. ضریب باورهای دینی مطابق انتظار و سایر شرایط دموگرافیک با شواهد و آمار موجود در تغییر هزینه بی‌تاثیرند.

Quantiles of Household Energy Consumption Expenditure and Factors Effecting it (Micro Study Based on Household Budget Data for IRAN)

The purpose of this research is to determine factors that determine behavior of different percentiles of household rsquo;s energy consumption expenditure through applying quantile regression to micro data of the Statistical Center of. Based on theoretical foundations and past studies, our model studies the effects of economic factors, demographic, appliance used in house and role of religious beliefs.The results show that increasing family income from poor to rich category (base on the AEI) increases household energy consumption expenditure, with this effect more marked in the upper quantiles. We also notice that increased share of food expenditure from the family is accompanied by increasing energy expenditure.We also notice that as the age of household head and household welfare increases, energy consumption increases. This impact however declines as age and welfare increase, leading to a negative signal of age square variable. Awareness of issues related to energy leads to reduced energy consumption amongst lower quantiles headed by someone with university education. Increased size of dwellings and higher number of family members increases consumption expenditure almost equally in different quantiles. Energy expenditure is not affected by additional level 2 facilities and equipment but level 3 equipment use has positive effect in lower quantiles.
