ارائه الگوی رشد پویای سهم بازار ایران از تجارت منطقه‌ای گاز از منظر استراتژیک و اولویت‌بندی عوامل با رویکرد تحلیل شبکه ترکیبی

مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی رشد پویای سهم بازار ایران از تجارت منطقه‌ای گاز از منظر استراتژیک و اولویت‌بندی عوامل با رویکرد تحلیل شبکه ترکیبی انجام شده است. این مطالعه یک پژوهش اکتشافی است و از لحاظ روش و بازه زمانی گردآوری داده‌ها در دسته پژوهش‌های پیمایشی مقطعی قرار دارد که در بازه زمانی 99-1398 انجام پذیرفته است. ابزار اصلی گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش، مصاحبه‌ نیمه‌ ساختار یافته، پرسشنامه دیمتل و anp می‌باشد. قلمرو مکانی این مطالعه شرکت ملی گاز ایران و جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان نظری (اساتید دانشگاه) و خبرگان تجربی (مدیران شرکت ملی گاز ایران) می‌باشد. با استفاده از روش‌های نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی و به‌صورت هدفمند 15 نفر از خبرگان واجد شرایط انتخاب شدند. جهت شناسایی شاخص‌های پژوهش از تحلیل کیفی داده‌بنیاد استفاده شده است. در ادامه، به‌دلیل وجود رابطه میان معیارها و زیرمعیارها، از روش دیمتل برای شناسایی الگوی روابط استفاده گردیده و با توجه به شبکه روابط شناسایی شده، درنهایت از روش فرایند تحلیل شبکه برای رتبه‌بندی عوامل استراتژیک رشد پویای سهم تجارت گاز استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص اهمیت مسئله دیپلماتیک و عوامل سیاسی از بیشترین اهمیت در میان تمامی شاخص‌های موجود برخوردار است. شاخص ایجاد تکنولوژی تبدیل گاز به گاز مایع lng از اولویت دوم برخوردار می‌باشد. علاوه بر این، شاخص‌های افزایش کیفیت در ارائه صادرات گاز به متقاضی و تدوین برنامه‌های بلند‌مدت صادرات گاز از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار می‌باشند.

An Elaboration of the Dynamic Growth Pattern of Iran’s Share in Regional Natural Gas Trade through Factor Prioritization, Using Network Analysis

This study presents a strategic viewpoint of the dynamic growth pattern of Iran rsquo;s share in regional natural gas trade, through factor prioritization, using network analysis. The study is an exploratory one, which falls under the crosssectional category based on its research method and time frame for gathering pertinent data. This study has been conducted over the period 2019 to 2020. The main means of data gathering are semistructured interviews, the Dematel questionnaire, and the Analytical Network Process. The statistical population of this study includes experts in theory (university professors) and experts in practice (managers of the National Iranian Gas Company). 15 qualified experts were selected for this study through nonprobabilistic purposeful sampling methods, and the research indicators were identified using qualitative data analysis methods. Subsequently, considering the mutual impact among the main criteria and the subcriteria, the Dematel method was used to determine the relationship pattern(s). The ANP method was used to rank the strategic factors in the dynamic growth of the share of Iran in gas trade. The results indicate that diplomatic and political factors are the most important factors affecting this share. The development of the necessary technology for converting natural gas to liquid gas (LNG) is the second most important determinant.
