اثر تغییر قیمت گاز طبیعی بر میزان گاز مصرفی صنایع مختلف ایران

گازطبیعی به دلیل دارا بودن مزیت‌های زیست محیطی، جایگاه ممتازی نسبت به سایر حامل‌های انرژی در سیاست گذاری های مصرف انرژی دارد. در ایران، بخش صنعت یکی از بخش های مهم مصرف‌کننده گازطبیعی به شمار می‌آید. هدف اصلی این مقاله، بررسی رابطه میان قیمت گازطبیعی و میزان گاز مصرفی صنایع کشور طی دوره زمانی 93-1374 می‌باشد. برای این منظور از متغیرهای مقدار گاز مصرفی صنایع، قیمت واقعی برق مصرفی، قیمت واقعی گازطبیعی مصرف شده و ارزش‌افزوده بخش صنعت برای دوره زمانی مورد نظر استفاده شده است. متدولوژی مورد استفاده در این مطالعه، برآورد مدل رگرسیونی پانل دو عاملی با ضرایب متغیر می‌باشد که با استفاده از این شیوه، ضرایب قیمت گازطبیعی برای صنایع مختلف تولیدی (براساس طبقه‌بندی بین المللی فعالیت های صنعتی) به‌صورت مجزا برآورد گردیده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد ضریب متغیر قیمت گازطبیعی برای صنایع مختلف تولیدی، به‌جز صنعت چوب و محصولات چوبی، برای تمامی صنایع معنادار می باشد. ضریب ارزش‌افزوده بخش صنعت، 0.18+ برآورد شده و نشان‌دهنده آن است که 1 درصد افزایش در ارزش‌افزوده بخش صنعت، منجر به 0.18 درصد افزایش در مصرف گازطبیعی می‌شود. در ضمن، مثبت بودن ضریب برآوردی قیمت برق، بیانگر آن است که برق به‌عنوان انرژی جایگزین برای صنایع به‌حساب می‌آید.

The Effect of Natural Gas Prices on Gas Consumption by Iranian Industries

Natural gas has an advantageous position compared to other energy carriers in policy making of energy consumption due to its many advantages, especially in terms of environmental indicators. In Iran, the industrial sector is considered as one of the important sectors of natural gas consumption. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between natural gas prices and industries gas consumption during the period 13741393 in Iran. Natural gas consumption, price of electricity, price of natural gas and value added of industry were the variables of interest. By using a twofactor panel model, we estimated the natural gas price coefficients for various industries (according to the international standard industrial classification of all economic activities) separately. Empirical results show natural gas price coefficient is significant for all industries except the wood industry and wooden products. The coefficient of value added of industry is equal to 0.18, which indicates one percent increase in value added of industry leads to eighteen hundredths percent increase in natural gas consumption. Also, the positive coefficient of electricity price shows that electricity is considered as an alternative energy for the industries.
