تحلیل مقایسه‌ای ژئوپلیتیک انرژی چین در آسیای مرکزی و خلیج فارس با نگاهی به جایگاه ایران

چین به عنوان قدرتی در حال رشد نیازی روزافزون به انرژی های فسیلی دارد. در عین حال تامین این نوع از انرژی ها ارتباط تنگاتنگی با موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی کشورهای صاحب ذخایر دارد. خلیج فارس و آسیای مرکزی دو منطقه غنی از انرژی های فسیلی هستند که از موقعیت مناسبی برای تامین نیاز چین برخوردارند. ایران به لحاظ ژئوپلیتیکی در مجاورت این دو ناحیه قرار دارد و به حلقه واسط این مناطق است. مقاله پیشرو ضمن تحلیل مقایسه ای اهمیت خلیج فارس و آسیای مرکزی در ژئوپلیتیک انرژی چین نگاهی به جایگاه ایران نیز دارد. بدین منظور در چارچوب نظریه »مجموعه امنیتی انرژی منطقه ای « این پرسش ها مطرح می شود که خلیج فارس و آسیای مرکزی چه جایگاهی در ژئوپلیتیک انرژی چین دارند؟ و ایران به عنوان زیرسیستم این مناطق چه نقشی در ژئوپلیتیک انرژی چین ایفا می کند؟ »چین درصدد تنوع بخشی به منابع تامین کننده انرژی است. اما مسیر اَمن زمینی (آسیای مرکزی) در مقایسه با مسیر طولانی دریایی از طریق خلیج فارس برای چین اولویت دارد. ایران قابلیت تبدیل شدن به کشوری رابط میان این مناطق و تقویت امنیت انرژی چین را دارد.

Comparative Analysis of China's Energy Geopolitics in the Persian Gulf and Central Asia; With an Eye on Iran’s Position

China, as a rising power, is an important market for fossil fuels. Meantime, the supply of fossil fuels depends on the geopolitical position of the exporting countries. The Persian Gulf and Central Asia are rich regions from an energy perspective. These regions have appropriate locations for supplying the Chinese market. Iran is located between the Persian Gulf and Central Asia. In this article, we try to compare the importance of the Persian Gulf and Central Asia and assess the Iranian position in this context. Based on the security complex theory, we attempt to answer the following questions: What is the position of the Persian Gulf and Central Asia in China's geopolitics of energy? What is Iran rsquo;s role as a subsystem of these areas in China's energy geopolitics?China tries to diversify its energy suppliers. However, the land secure route (Central Asia) is more advantageous than the dangerous maritime route (Persian Gulf). Therefore, Iran, as a country that links these two regions, has the potential to act as a link between the two regions, and as such increase China rsquo;s energy security.
