چکیده
|
تحریم ها یکی از ابزارهایی است که بسیار علیه ایران مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و کماکان می گیرد، بنابراین تحلیل جنبه های اقتصادی و حقوقی آن حائز اهمیت است. سئوالات محوری این مقاله حول دو موضوع می باشد. ابتدا درصدد هستیم تا دریابیم آیا تحریم ها بر تولید نفت خام ایران و متعاقب آن بر رفاه اجتماعی دارای اثر بوده است؟ در گام بعدی آثار تغییرات در تولید نفت را بر حقوق بنیادین بشری مورد بررسی قرار می دهیم.کشورهای اعمال کننده تحریم معتقدند با بکارگیری هوشمندانه ابزار مزبور آثار زیان بار جانبی، قابل کنترل می باشد، لذا مردم بی گناه از این اقدامات متضرر نمی گردند. در حالی که این مطالعه نشان می دهد تحریم ها علیه ایران به ویژه تحریم صنعت نفت بر سطح رفاه جامعه ﺗﺄثیرات عمیق منفی بسزایی دارد.در این مطالعه از ابزار اقتصاد سنجی و روش معروف olsبه منظور بررسی اثر تحریم به عنوان یک متغیر توضیحی دامی بر متغیر وابسته تولید نفت خام ایران برای دوره 1970 الی 2012 بهره برده شده است. برای دقیق تر و قابل اطمینان تر شدن نتایج بدست آمده به رفع مشکلات موجود در رگرسیون موجود پرداخته شد.

Abstract
|
Economic sanctions have been and continue to be applied extensively against Iran. It is therefore, important for us to analyze the economic and legal aspects of sanctions. The paper is organized around two questions. First, we seek to understand the impact of sanctions on Iranian crude oil production and subsequently on social welfare? In the next step, we examine the effects of changes in oil production on fundamental human rights.Sanctioning countries claim that by imposing well targeted sanctions negative side effects, particularly impact on vulnerable populations can be minimized. However, this study indicates that sanctions against Iran particularly on the oil industry have many negative impacts on social welfare. In this study we have used econometrics tools and OLS methodology to determine the effect of sanctions as an explanatory variable on oil production as a dependent variable for the period 1970 to 2012. We have resorted to resolving the problems found in the estimated regressions in order to increase their reliability.
