تحلیل تغییرات مصرف انرژی و شدت انرژی مبتنی بر تجزیه عوامل در زیر بخش های صنعت در ایران

بخش صنعت علاوه بر اینکه یکی از مهمترین بخش های مصرف انرژی در هر کشور محسوب می شود، یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی نیز به شمار می رود. بررسی رفتار مصرف انرژی و شدت انرژی در بخش های مختلف، گامی اساسی در برنامه ریزی و سیاستگذاری در حوزه انرژی محسوب می شود. یکی از روش های مورد استفاده در این زمینه، روش تجزیه است. در این پژوهش به تجزیه و تحلیل تغییرات مصرف انرژی و شدت انرژی با استفاده از فرم ضربی شاخص میانگین لگاریتمی دیویژیا در بخش صنعت کشور به تفکیک زیربخش های آن و در طی یک بازه 16 ساله (90-75) پرداخته شده و سهم هر یک از اثرات دراین بازه های زمانی تعیین گردیده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بخش عمده ای از افزایش مصرف انرژی به واسطه افزایش تولیدات صنعت می باشد. اثر ساختاری نیز باعث 26 درصد افزایش در مصرف انرژی گردیده ولی اثر شدت، کاهشی 30 درصدی در مصرف انرژی در پی داشته است. در تجزیه شدت انرژی کشور طی بازه زمانی 90-75 کاهشی 12 درصدی در شدت انرژی صنعت مشاهده شد که علت اصلی این امر، اثر کاهنده شدت انرژی به واسطه بهبود بهره وری و شرایط تکنولوژیکی صنعت می باشد. با وجود اینکه اثر ساختاری نقش بارزی در جهت افزایش شدت انرژی ایفا کرده، ولی بهبود تکنولوژی موفق شده تا حد قابل توجهی این اثر فزاینده را خنثی نماید.

Analysis and decomposition of energy consumption and energy intensity in Iran’s industrial sectors

One of the factors influencing the growth and development of any country depends on the development of its industries. This effective portion is one of the nation's largest energy consumers. Study of energy consumption and energy intensity trends in various sectors is a Major step in the planning and policymaking in the energy sector and opens a wide horizon in front of policymakers in these issues. One of the methods used in this context is the analysis method. In this study, analysis of energy consumption and energy intensity changes have been investigated by multiplicative form of the Divisia index and Following the separation in different industries and sectors over a period of 16 years (9075). The results showed that 120 peacent of the increase in consumption is due to the increase in industrial production. Structural effect caused 26 percent increase on energy consumption and intensity effect caused 30 percent reduction on it. Moreover, a reduction of 12 percent was observed in energy intensity of industry by energy intensity decomposition in industry between 1375 and 1390. The main reason for this decline is due to improvement in efficiency and technological conditions. Although the structural effect caused a considerable increase in Energy intensity this improvement in technical situation could made it up.
