ارزیابی اقتصادی راهکارهای بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی با منطق فازی (مطالعه موردی شهرک آتی ساز تهران)

یکی از بخش های مهم اقتصادی کشور، بخش ساختمان است. در این مقاله با بررسی اطلاعات مربوط به شهرک آتی ساز تهران به ارزیابی اقتصادی اجرای راهکارهای صرفه جویی انرژی پرداخته شده است. اقدامات مورد بررسی عبارتند از: استفاده از دمپر خودکار، چیلرهای خورشیدی، موتورخانه هوشمند و سیستم روشنایی led. ارزیابی اقتصادی طرح های مذکور، با رویکرد فازی (غیر قطعی) انجام گرفته است. نتایج نشان می دهند که منافع اقدامات صرفه جویی، بسیار بیشتر از هزینه های آن است. اجرای طرح صرفه جویی انرژی نه تنها از دیدگاه ملی و کلان کشور، بلکه از نظر خود مصرف کنندگان نیز بسیار مقرون به صرفه است. برخی از اقدامات بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی نیز باید در زمان احداث ساختمان انجام پذیرد تا دارای توجیه اقتصادی باشد.

Economic evaluation of strategies for energy consuming optimization with Fuzzy logic (The case study on Atisaz, Tehran)

One of the important energy consuming sectors of the country is buildings. In this research, we use the energy audit of the Atisaz complex in Tehran to evaluate the economic benefits of energy saving measures. We evaluate measures such as: using the automatic damper, replacing the active existing chiller with the solar absorption one, using intelligent boilerroom and replacing the existing lighting system with the LED one. We evaluate the economic benefits of these measures using FUZZY LOGIC. The results indicate that the economic benefits of energy saving measures exceed their costs will. Our results confirm that energy saving measures in addition to having a societal value is beneficial for the concerned consumer. However, some of the energy saving measures have to be undertaken while constructing a new building for them to be economically feasible.
