معرفی الگوی عملیات توپخانه‌ای در جنگ‌های ناهمتراز ج.ا.ایران

برای موفقیت در رزم قبل از هر چیز وجود یک سیستم پشتیبانی آتش موثر و کارآ امری ضروری و اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. هر کشوری برای مقابله با تهدیدات باید دارای تدابیر، خط‌مشی‌ها و تمهیدات خاص باشد تا بتواند تلاش‌های دفاعی و امنیتی خود را هم‌جهت با تهدیدات به‌روز نموده و به مورداجرا گذارد. هدف اصلی این مقاله تبیین مولفه‌های الگوی عملیات توپخانه در جنگ ناهمتراز است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و توسعه‌ای بوده و به روش توصیفی و زمینه ای- موردی انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری 40 نفر بوده و گردآوری اطلاعات به دو روش، میدانی و کتابخانه‌ی انجام‌شده است. داده ها در محیط نرم افزار spss وارد و با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل سوال های پرسشنامه به کمک فنون آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام‌شده و تعداد 4 بُعد و 10 مولفه و 33 شاخص عامل نقش آفرین در یگان های توپخانه جهت جنگ ناهمتراز به‌دست‌آمده است. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق ابعاد نقش‌آفرین برای یگان های توپخانه در جنگ ناهمتراز به ترتیب اولویت عبارتند از: هوشمند سازی توپخانه در جنگ ناهمتراز، آموزش توپخانه در جنگ ناهمتراز، تدوین و اصلاح راهبرد و راهکنش ها و تاکتیک‌های توپخانه در جنگ ناهمتراز، ساختار سازمانی توپخانه در جنگ ناهمتراز. مولفه‌های نقش‌آفرین به ترتیب اولویت عبارتند از: تجهیزات، سامانه‌ی هوشمند، خلاقیت و نوآوری به همراه با غافلگیری، چالاکی و  تحرک، آموزش انفرادی و یگانی، ویژگی‌های جنگ ناهمتراز، ماموریت، محیط، سازمان برای رزم و معنویت.

to succeed in combat, first of all, the presence of an effective and efficient fire support system is necessary and inevitable. every country must have special measures, policies and measures to deal with threats so that it can update and implement its defense and security efforts in line with the threats. the main purpose of this article is to explain the components of the artillery operation model in the asymmetric war. this research is of an applied and developmental type and was conducted in a descriptive and contextual-case method. the statistical population was 40 people and the data collection was done by two methods, field and library. the data was entered into the spss software environment and analyzed using descriptive statistics methods. the analysis of the questionnaire questions was done with the help of descriptive and inferential statistics techniques and the number of 4 dimensions, 10 components and 33 indicators of the role-playing factor in the artillery units for uneven warfare was obtained. according to the results of the research, the role-playing dimensions for artillery units in asymmetric warfare in order of priority are: artillery intelligence in asymmetric warfare, artillery training in asymmetric warfare, formulation and modification of artillery strategies and tactics in asymmetric warfare, organizational structure artillery in unequal war. the role-playing components, in order of priority, are: equipment, intelligent system, creativity and innovation along with surprise, agility and mobility, individual and unit training, characteristics of unequal warfare, mission, environment, organization for combat and spirituality.
