شناسایی و معرفی ظرفیت های کاربردی هوش مصنوعی در توسعه مضمون‌های راهبردی در سازمان های نظامی

هوش مصنوعی که در حال حاضر به عنوان یکی از حوزه‌های پرشتاب توسعه فناوری شناخته می‌شود، فرصت‌های زیادی را پیش روی کشورها قرار می‌دهد تا در حوزه های دفاعی و نظامی ‌قابلیت‌های خود را ارتقا دهند و حتی به قابلیت‌های جدیدی دست یابند. هدف مهم در تحقیق حاضر احصای مضامین راهبردی و اهداف متناظر با آن‌ها در نقشه راه توسعه هوش مصنوعی و کاربردهای قابل توسعه آن برای اهداف دفاعی امنیتی است. پژوهش پیش رو در زمره «تحقیقات توصیفی کاربردی» قرار می‌گیرد. در یافته ها فهرستی از کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی (24 مورد) طبقه بندی شد و همچنین اهداف متناظر با مضامین راهبردی (6 مورد)، موانع (13 مورد در چهار گروه) و فعالسازها (17مورد در سه گروه) در توسعه هوش مصنوعی استخراج شد و در نهایت کاربردهای فناوری هوش مصنوعی در حوزه نظامی احصا گردید که به صورت زیر تقسیم‌بندی شده‌اند عبارتند از: 1. پلتفرم جنگ‌افزارها؛ 2. امنیت سایبری؛ 3. لجستیک و حمل و نقل؛ 4. سلامت میدان نبرد؛ 5. شبیه‌سازی و آموزش؛ 6. برنامه‌ریزی و تخصیص منابع؛ 7. آگاهی محیطی و رصد تهدید؛ 8. پردازش اطلاعات؛ و در نهایت الگوی پیشنهادی پژوهش ارائه شد.

identifying and introducing the applied capabilities of artificial intelligence in the development of strategic themes in military organizations

artificial intelligence, which is currently known as one of the fastest growing areas of technology development, presents many opportunities for countries to improve their capabilities in the defense and military fields and even achieve new capabilities. the important goal of the present research is the statistics of strategic themes and their corresponding goals in the roadmap for the development of artificial intelligence and its developable applications for security defense purposes. the upcoming research is classified as applied descriptive research. in the findings, a list of artificial intelligence applications (24 cases) was classified, and goals corresponding to strategic themes (6 cases), obstacles (13 cases in four groups) and activators (17 cases in three groups) were extracted in the development of artificial intelligence. finally, the applications of artificial intelligence technology in the military field were counted, which are divided as follows: 1. weapons platform; 2. cyber security; 3. logistics and transportation; 4. health of the battlefield; 5. simulation and training; 6. planning and allocation of resources; 7. environmental awareness and threat monitoring; 8. information processing; and finally, the proposed research model was presented.
