الگوی آمریکا در جنگ مردم ‌محور علیه نظام ج.ا.ایران

وقوع انقلاب اسلامی موجب شد تا آمریکا رفتاری خصمانه علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در پیش گیرد. این رفتار طیف وسیعی از روش‌های سخت نظامی تا نیمه سخت و نرم را در برگرفته است. در این راستا، به نظر می‌آید کانون توجه دشمنان متوجه مردم ایران می‌باشد، به‌گونه‌ای که مقام معظم رهبری مدظله به این حقیقت اشاره می‌کنند که «هدف دشمنان این است که نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی را از پشتیبانی مردم که پشتوانهٔ عظیمی برای کشور است، محروم کنند؛ ... اتفاقاً هدف اصلی، مردم‌اند». این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد از طریق مطالعه اسناد و گزارش‌ها غربی مرتبط با ایران به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال بوده است که آمریکا در رفتارهای احتمالی خود علیه ج.ا.ایران برای رسیدن به اهدافش چگونه بر مردم ایران تاثیر می‌گذارد، بنابراین راهبرد آن اکتشافی و از نوع کیفی بوده و فرضیه‌ای ندارد و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی-توسعه‌ای است. به‌منظور اعتبارسنجی نتایج از رویکرد کنترل اعضا یا اعتبار پاسخگو استفاده‌شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهد که آمریکا به‌خوبی نقش و تاثیر حیاتی حمایت مردم ایران بر ثبات و پایداری نظام ج.ا.ایران را درک کرده است. لذا هم‌وغم خود را بر تاثیرگذاری موثر بر مردم به روش‌های مختلف اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، دفاعی و ... قرار داده است به‌گونه‌ای که حس ناامیدی از کارآمدی نظام فعلی ج.ا.ایران را در مردم ایجاد نموده و حمایت آن‌ها را از حاکمیت و نظام تضعیف کند. در این میان، فشارهای اقتصادی، ممانعت از تحقق رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی و همچنین ایجاد بدبینی و تردید نسبت به فعالیت‌های تحقیقات و توسعه فناوری‌های دفاعی در مردم، ایجاد خودتحریمی توسط نهادهای دولتی و خصوصی غیر دفاعی و دانشگاه‌ها از عوامل و پیامدهای مهم این رفتار است. نتیجه این رفتار باعث می‌شود تا از یک‌سو توان تاب‌آوری جامعه و توان بسیج کنندگی حاکمیت و نظام ج.ا.ایران کاهش‌یافته و از سوی دیگر توان بسیج کنندگی آمریکا و دشمنان ج.ا.ایران افزایش یابد.

The American model in the people’s war against the Islamic Republic of Iran

The Islamic Revolution led the United States to take hostile action against the Islamic Republic of Iran. This behavior includes the vast range of hard, semihard, and soft military methodes. In this regard, it seems that the focus of the enemies is on the Iranian people, as the Supreme Leader of Iran points out that &the aim of the enemies is to deprive the holy system of the Islamic Republic of the support of the people, which is a great support for the country; &... Incidentally, the main target is the people&. This study seeks to answer this question which asks “how does the United States influence the Iranian people in its possible actions against the Islamic Republic of Iran to attain its goals.” based on ground theory methods and western related reports of Iran. Therefore, its strategy is exploratory and qualitative and has no hypothesis and it’s applieddevelopmental in terms of purpose. In order to validate the results, a members control or accountability approach has been used. The results show that the United States is well aware of the role and vital impact of the support of the Iranian people on the stability and consistency of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, there has been every attempt to influence the people in various ways, such as: economic, political, cultural, defense, etc, so that they feel disappointment about the efficiency of the current system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and weaken their support of the government and the system. In the meantime, economic pressure, prevention of resistance economics, as well as creating pessimism and consideration of research activities and the development of defense technologies in the people’s mind, selfimposed by state organizations and private sectors, and universities are important factors and consequences of this behavior. The result of this behavior is that on the one hand the resilience of the society and the mobilizing power of the government and system of the Islamic Republic of Iran is decrease, and on the other hand, the mobilizing power of the United States and the enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran is increased.
