الگوی فرمانده و مدیر موفق در ارتش ج.ا.ایران مبتنی بر اندیشه‌های فرماندهی معظم کل قوا(مدظله‌العالی)

اهمیت نقش مدیر و فرمانده و تاثیر آن در سازندگی جوامع بشری و پیشرفت کشورهای جهان، امروزه بیش از هر زمان دیگر به اثبات رسیده و این حقیقت به تجربه ثابت شده که در میان جوامع انسانی، آن جامعه‌ای توانسته به رشد و توسعه و پیشرفت بیشتر و بهتری دست یابد که از نعمت وجود مدیران و فرماندهان لایق‌تر و داناتر برخوردار بوده است. این تحقیق با هدف ارائه الگوی فرمانده و مدیر موفق در ارتش ج.ا.ایران مبتنی بر اندیشه‌های فرماندهی معظم کل قوا(مدظله‌العالی) شکل گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی و با مطالعه اندیشه‌های فرماندهی معظم کل قوا، اسناد و منابع معتبر، منابع و آموزه‌های دینی و همچنین استفاده از نظرات خبرگان و صاحبنظران انجام شده است. اطلاعات گرد‌آوری شده از مطالعه اسناد و منابع حاوی بیانات و تدابیر و فرامین فرماندهی معظم کل قوا(مدظله‌العالی) به روش کیفی و با استفاده از جداول کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی بر مبنای نظریه داده‌بنیاد و اطلاعات گرد‌آوری شده به‌وسیله پرسشنامه به صورت کمّی و با هدف سنجش الگوی نهایی، به دو صورت توصیفی و استنباطی و با استفاده از آزمون «تی‌استیودنت» و «کای مربع» مورد تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. نتیجه به‌دست آمده از این تحقیق در قالب ابعاد شش‌گانه: (1) بصیرتی و معنوی، (2) مدیریت و اداره سازمان (3) رهبری، (4) فردی، اخلاقی و ادراکی، (5) تجربی، دانشی و مهارتی و (6) روابط اجتماعی با 24 مولفه‌ و 180 شاخص ارائه شده است.

The Model of an Effective Commander and Manager in the Army of the I.R. of Iran Based on the Thoughts of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces

The importance of the role of manager and commander and its impact on the construction of human societies and the development of the world has nowadays been proven more than ever. It has been proven by experience that among human societies, the one that has been able to grow and develop more and more and gain better achievements has profited from the presence of more competent and knowledgeable managers and commanders. This study has been conducted with the aim of providing a model of a successful commander and manager in the Army of the I. R. of Iran based on the philosophies of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces. The present research is of an applied one and has been done by studying the thoughts of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces, reliable documents and sources, religious sources and teachings, as well as using the opinions of experts and intellectuals. The collected data from the study of the mentioned sources were analyzed in a qualitative manner using open coding tables, axial coding and selective coding based on databased theory. Using the two descriptive and inferential ways of Student T and Chisquare tests, the quantitatively collected information through questionnaire have been analyzed in in order to measure the final pattern. The results obtained from this research were provided in the form of six dimensions of: (1) Intuitiveness and spirituality, (2) organization management and administration (3) leadership, (4) individuality, ethical and perceptual, (5) experimental, knowledge and skills and (6) social relations with 24 components and 180 indices.
