طراحی الگوی ایجاد پایگاه پشتیبانی در حوزه خلیج عدن برای تداوم عملیات یگان‌های شناور نداجا

در دنیای امروز دریاها، به ویژه حضور در آب های بین ‌المللی یکی از مهم‌ ترین دغدغه ‌های کشورهای صاحب قدرت است. در حقیقت کسی که بیشتر به دریا تسلط دارد، به همان اندازه دارای قدرت است. خوشبختانه امروزه ج.ا.ایران با فرمان فرماندهی معظم کل قوا  امام خامنه ‌ای(مدظله‌العالی)، نگاه خود را از دریاهای خانگی که همان خلیج فارس و دریای عمان باشد، به دوردست برده که نشان دهنده حضور ج.ا.ایران در ایفای نقش بین‌ المللی است. نیروی دریایی راهبردی در سال ‌های اخیر اقدامات چشم گیری را به منصه ظهور گذاشته که خوشبختانه نتایج حاصل از این اقدامات، گام به گام بوده و از حضور در حوزه منطقه خلیج عدن، موفقیت آمیز بوده و هر مرحله از آن افزون ‌بر این که برگی زرین بر توانمندی ‌های نظامی ج.ا.ایران افزون نموده، به عنوان مولفه‌ ای موثر برای تامین امنیت خطوط دریانوری و دریایی ایفای نقش نموده است. دغدغه اصلی محقق، نبود الگوی مناسب برای ایجاد پایگاه پشتیبانی برای تداوم عملیات یگان ‌های شناور نداجا در حوزه بین ‌المللی خلیج عدن می‌ باشد، که در این تحقیق به آن پرداخته شد. این تحقیق به روش موردی زمینه ‌ای و بهره‌گیری از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی مانند میانگین، نمودار و جداول توزیع  فراوانی به توصیف ویژگی‌های جامعه آماری و داده‌های مربوط به ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها پرداخته وضریب همبستگی چندگانه برای بیان درصد اطمینان و همچنین ضریب β جهت رتبه‌ بندی ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های پایگاه پشتیبانی خلیج عدن استفاده و در نهایت برای تعیین نقش و میزان تاثیر هر یک از این ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها، از آمارهای همبستگی و برای تایید تاثیر آنها بر الگوی مناسب  ایجاد پایگاه خلیج عدن و همخوانی بین آنها نیز از تحلیل عاملی استفاده شده است و در نهایت نتیجه ‌گیری و الگوی ایجاد پایگاه پشتیبانی در حوزه خلیج عدن با  2 بعد، و 6 مولفه و 59 شاخص شناسایی گردید.

Designing a Model for Establishing a Support Base in the Gulf of Aden to Continue the Operation of NEDAJA Floating Units

In today’s world of the seas, especially being present in the international waters, is one of the most important concerns of countries owning power. In fact, the country that has more dominance on the sea, the more powerful it is. Fortunately, the Islamic Republic of Iran, by the order of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Imam Khamenei, has turned its attention away from the its seas, the Persian Gulf and the Sea of ​​Oman, which indicates the presence of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding its international role. The Strategic Navy Force has shown significant measurements in recent years that fortunately their results have been stepbystep and successful in the Gulf of Aden. Each phase in addition to this golden leaf has increased the military capabilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran and has played a significant role in providing the security of sea and sea lines. The prime concern of the researcher is the lack of an appropriate model for launching a support base for the continuation of operations of Nedaja floating units in the International Area of ​​the Gulf of Aden, which was addressed in this study. This research employs the case study method and using descriptive statistical indicators such as means, graphs and frequency distribution tables in order to describe the characteristics of the statistical population and the data related to dimensions, components and indicators. Multiple correlation coefficients are used to express confidence percentage and β coefficient for ranking dimensions, components and indicators of the support base of the Gulf of Aden. In order to determine the role and impact of each of these dimensions, components and indicators, correlation statistics has been employed. Also, in order to confirm their impact on the appropriate model of the creation of the Gulf of Aden base and harmony between them, factor analysis was used and finally the conclusion and the pattern of establishing a support base in the Gulf of Aden were identified with 2 dimensions, 6 components and 59 indices.
