آینده‌پژوهی عوامل موثر بر محور مقاومت با تاکید بر ناآرامی‌های اجتماعی عراق و لبنان

آنچه در واپسین ماه های سال 2019 و در ماه های آغازین سال2020 باعنوان درگیری های مردمی در اعتراض به فساد در عراق و لبنان شاهد بودیم، با وجود ظاهر آن و مطالبات مردم این کشورها در مبارزه با فساد و نیز ترورهای هدفمند سردار شهید سلیمانی و شهید ابومهدی المهندس و سرانجام انفجار در بندر بیروت که منجر به کشته و مجروح شدن هزاران نفر و بی خانمان شدن چندصد هزار نفر و در آخر سقوط دولت قانونی لبنان شده است، نگران کننده بوده و به نظر می رسد به منظور ناکارآمدسازی دولت های محور مقاومت و ایجاد بحران های اجتماعی برای پراکنده کردن کشورهای عضو محور در جریان است. هدف این تحقیق تببین وضعیت آیندۀ محور مقاومت در منطقه با تاکید بر ناآرامی های اجتماعی در عراق و لبنان و سوال آن شناسایی وضعیت آیندۀ محور مقاومت با تاکید برناآرامی های اجتماعی در این دو کشور است. این پژوهش به روش آمیخته انجام پذیرفته و داده ها با مرور ادبیات و مصاحبۀ خبرگان گردآوری و به واسطۀ پرسشنامه ای که روایی آن به واسطۀ روش مثلث سازی خبرگان و منابع و پایایی ابزار با کمک آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی شده و در خلال جلسه های خبرگی، راهکارهای مدیریت مسائل مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق از اثرگذاری بالا و همزمان اثرپذیری بالای سیاست‌های منطقه ای آمریکا، اثرگذاری بالای گسترش تروریسم و نیز اثرپذیری بالای سیاست های منطقه ای ج.ا.ایران و نیز توسعۀ محور مقاومت حکایت دارد.

Futures Studies of Factors Affecting the Axis of Resistance with an Emphasis on the Social Turmoil in Iraq and Lebanon

What we saw in the last months of 2019 and in the early months of 2020 as popular clashes in protest to corruption in Iraq and Lebanon, despite its appearance and the demands of the people of these countries in fight against corruption and the targeted assassinations of martyr Qasem Soleimani and martyr Abu Mahdi alMohandes, and finally the explosion in the port of Beirut, which killed and injured thousands and left hundreds of thousands homeless, and finally the fall of the legitimate Lebanese government, are worrying and seem to be in order to make the resistanceoriented states dysfunctional and create social crises to disperse the memberoriented countries. The aim of this study was to explain the future situation of the resistance axis in the region with emphasis on social unrest in Iraq and Lebanon and the question is to identify the future situation of the resistance axis with emphasis on social unrest in these two countries. This study was conducted using a mixed method and the data were collected by reviewing the literature and interviewing experts using a questionnaire whose validity was assessed by the method of triangulation of experts and sources. The reliability of this instrument was done through using Cronbach’s alpha. During the expert meetings, problem management strategies were analyzed. The results of the study showed the high and simultaneous impact of US regional policies, the high impact of the spread of terrorism, as well as the high impact of the policies of I.R. of Iran and the development of the resistance axis.
