ارزیابی نقش محور مقاومت در بازدارندگی ناهمطراز ج.ا.ایران در برابر سیاست مهار آمریکا

ماهیت استکبارستیزانه و ظلم‌ستیزانه ج.ا.ایران از ابتدای پیروزی انقلاب موجب تقابل همه‌جانبه آمریکا با نظام اسلامی شد. این پژوهش با توجه به اهمیت تقابل ج.ا.ایران و آمریکا پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی به‌ویژه در سالیان اخیر بر آن است که به تحلیل ماهیت کنش و واکنش‌های این دو کشور در  برابر هم با بهره‌گیری از روش ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی)  بپردازد. برای انجام این کار در گام نخست با بهره‌گیری از مطالعات اکتشافی به سیاست مهار آمریکا و رویکرد ناهمطراز ج.ا.ایران به‌عنوان راهی برای مقابله با سیاست‌های آمریکا پرداخته شده است. در گام دوم نمونه آماری از خبرگان به تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب گردید و نتایج مبانی نظری (سیاست مهار، بازدارندگی ناهمطراز و محور مقاومت) به‌وسیله پرسشنامه به آنها ارائه و داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار spss مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن است حمایت ج.ا.ایران از گروه‌های محور مقاومت در عراق، لبنان، سوریه و یمن نقش مهمی در  اجرای بازدارندگی ناهمطراز ج.ا.ایران در برابر آمریکا در سال‌های 2003 تا 2020 داشته است. همچنین آینده این رویکرد در افق 2025 در گرو روندهای نه‌گانه روی‌کار آمدن بایدن، تحقق معامله قرن، افزایش مناقشه‌های ژئوپلیتیکی و سیاسی بلوک اخوانی سلفی، تحولات فلسطین، خروج ج.ا.ایران از برجام، تداوم ثبات سیاسی در سوریه، افزایش مناقشه‌های خارجی در عراق، موقعیت میدانی حزب‌الله لبنان و تحولات یمن خواهد بود.

Evaluating the Central Role of Resistance in the Unequal Deterrence of Islamic Republic of Iran against the US Containment Policy

The antiimperialist and anticruelistic nature of I. R. of Iran from the beginning of the victory of the revolution caused a comprehensive confrontation between the United States and the Islamic system. Given the importance of the confrontation between I. R. of Iran and the United States after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, especially in recent years, this study aims to analyze the nature of the actions and reactions of these two countries against each other using a combined method (qualitative and quantitative). To do this, in the first step, using exploratory studies, the US containment policy and the unequal approach of I.R. of Iran have been discussed as a way to counter US policies. In the second step, a statistical sample of 30 experts was selected and the results of the theoretical foundations (restraint policy, unequal deterrence and resistance axis) were presented to them by a questionnaire and the data were analyzed by SPSS software. The results show that the support of I.R. of Iran from Iranian resistance groups in Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen has played an important role in implementing I. R. of Iran unequal deterrence against the United States from 2003 to 2020. Also, the future of this approach in the horizon of 2025 depends on Biden’s ninestep approach, realization of the deal of the century, increase of geopolitical and political disputes of the BrotherhoodSalafi bloc, developments in Palestine, withdrawal of I.R. of Iran from the UN Security Council of Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, continuation of political stability in Syria, increase of foreign disputes in Iraq, the field status of Hezbollah in Lebanon and the developments in Yemen.
