تبیین چالش‌های دفاعی-امنیتی توسعۀ دریامحور در مقیاس منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی سواحل مکران از منظر جغرافیای سیاسی

امروزه توسعه یافته‌ترین شهرها در حاشیۀ سواحل دریاها و اقیانوس‌ها شکل گرفته‌اند و بین موجودیت و بقای این شهرها و توسعۀ دریا محور یک ارتباط متقابل وجود دارد و امروزه رویکردی ژئواکونومیکی بر سواحل استوار است. بنابراین، سواحل جنوب ‌شرقی ایران (سواحل مکران) کشور را به سازۀ اقیانوسی پیوند داده و موجب ارتقای وزن ژئوپلیتیکی و کارکردهای ژئواکونومیکی آن می‌گردد. در پژوهش حاضر سوال اصلی عبارت است از اینکه چالش‌های دفاعی و امنیتی توسعۀ دریامحور در سواحل مکران از منظر جغرافیای سیاسی در مقیاس منطقه‌ای و بین المللی کدامند؟ در همین راستا روش پژوهش در این تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی (استفاده از پرسشنامه براساس طیف لیکرت) است. تجزیه و تحلیل به دست آمده از این پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss23 در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شده ‌است. اطلاعات در این مقاله بیانگر بخشی از چالش‌هایی است (چالش‌های دفاعی امنیتی در دو مقیاس منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی) که برگرفته شده از رسالۀ دکتری با موضوع چالش‌های توسعۀ دریامحور در سواحل مکران از منظر جغرافیای سیاسی می‌باشد، در این پژوهش به آن پرداخته شده‌ است. نتایج به دست آمده بیانگر این است که چالش‌های دفاعی امنیتی در مقیاس منطقه‌ای با میانگین 3/59 از وزن و میانگین بالاتری نسبت به چالش‌های دفاعی امنیتی در مقیاس بین المللی با میانگین 3/50 برخوردار می‌باشد.

Explaining the DefenseSecurity Challenges of SeaBased Development at the Regional and International Scale of Makran Coasts from the Perspective of Political Geography

Nowadays, the most developed cities are formed alongside the coasts of the seas and oceans, and there is an interrelationships between the existence and survival of these cities and seabased development, and there exist a geoeconomics approach on the coasts. Therefore, the southeastern coast of Iran (Makran coasts) connects the country to the oceanic structure and promotes its geopolitical weight and geoeconomics functions. In this study, the main question is as the following: What are the defense and security challenges of seabased development on the Makran coast from the perspective of political geography on a regional and international scale? In this respect, the method of this study was a descriptive survey (using a questionnaire based on Likert scale). The analysis obtained from this study was performed using SPSS23 statistical software at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. The collected data in this paper represents some of the challenges (defensesecurity challenges at both regional and international scales) which are taken from the doctoral dissertation on the challenges of maritime development on Makran coasts from the perspective of political geography. The results show that the defensesecurity challenges on a regional scale with an average of 3.59 have a higher weight and average than the defensesecurity challenges on an international scale with an average of 3.50.
