معرفی مولفه‌ها و ابزارهای جنگ ترکیبی آمریکا علیه ج.ا.ایران

جنگ یک پدیدۀ فراگیر جهانی است؛ ابهام، پیچیدگی و چندبُعدی بودن؛ مهم‌ترین ویژگی جدید‌ترین شیوۀ جنگی است. جنگ ترکیبی طیف گسترده‌ای از ابزارها به شیوۀ همگون یا ناهمگون است که در این نوع جنگ‌ها که نبردی غیرخطی به‌شمار می‌رود، مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. به‌ همین دلیل یک هوشیاری همیشگی در مقابل دشمن، جزو بایدهای یک نظام مستقل و دارای دشمنان بسیار است. با پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، آمریکا به صورت‌های مختلف و با ایجاد تنوع در ابزارهای نوین، به دشمنی و کینه‌ورزی علیه نظام مقدس ج.ا.ایران پرداخته است. بر این اساس، هدف اصلی مقاله پاسخ به این سئوال است که «مولفه‌ها و ابزارهای جنگ ترکیبی آمریکا علیه ج.ا.ایران چیست؟» با بهره‌گیری از روش گردآوری داده‌ها به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی با ابزارهای تعیینی این دو روش و همچنین با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی سعی در تعیین مولفه‌ها و ابزارهای جنگ ترکیبی آمریکا، علیه ج.ا.ایران گردید. در همین رابطه با طراحی دو پرسشنامه (یکی مشخص نمودن مولفه‌ها و ابزارهای جنگ ترکیبی و تایید آن از سوی جامعۀ‌ خبرگی و دیگری طراحی و توزیع پرسشنامه در میان جامعۀ حجم نمونه 30 نفره به‌صورت هدفمند و با روش گلوله‌برفی) اقدام به تعیین میزان تاثیر آنها علیه ج.ا.ایران گردید. سپس با استفاده از روش‌های آماری اقدام به تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها و نتایج تحقیق در پاسخ به سوال‌های فرعی و اصلی، بیانگر این مطلب است که؛ 8 مولفۀ روانی، اطلاعاتی، اقتصادی، دیپلماسی سیاسی، سایبری، نیروهای نظامی منظم و نیروهای ویژه و حمایت از درگیری‌های‌ داخلی به‌ عنوان مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های جنگ ترکیبی به‌شمار می ‌رود. در همین رابطه تعداد 53 ابزار از مولفه‌های یادشده تعیین گردید که جهت بهره‌برداری مسئولین و متولیان امر و به‌منظور تقابل هدفمند معرفی شد.

Introduction of the Components and Tools of the US Hybrid War against the I.R. of Iran

War is a persistent global phenomenon. Obscurity, complexity and multidimensionality are the most important characteristics of the newest methods of warfare. Hybrid warfare refers to a wide range of tools in a homogeneous or heterogeneous manner that is used in this type of warfare, i.e. a nonlinear battle. Therefore, a relentless alertness in front of the enemy is one of the necessities of an autonomous system which has numerous enemies. After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the United States in a number of ways and through constructing a range of new apparatuses has embarked on hostility and hatred towards the holy system of the I.R. of Iran. Consequently, the main purpose of this paper was to answer the following question: What are the components and tools of the US hybrid war against the I.R. of Iran? Using the desk and fields methods of data collection with the determining means of these two methods and also using the descriptiveanalytical method, this study tried to determine the components and tools of the US hybrid war against the I. R. of Iran. In this respect, two questionnaires were designed to determine their effectiveness (one for identifying the components and tools of hybrid warfare and its endorsement by the expert community and the other for designing and distributing the questionnaire among the sample population of 30 individuals who were selected purposefully by snowball method). Then, the statistical methods were used to analyze the data. Regarding the main and secondary questions of this study, the findings and results showed that 8 factors of psychological, informational, economic, diplomaticpolitical, cyber, regular military and Special Forces, and supporting the internal conflicts are considered as the most important components of hybrid warfare. In this respect, 53 tools of the mentioned components were determined, which were introduced to be used by the officials and those in charge and also for the purpose of resolute confrontation.
