تبیین اهداف ج.ا.ایران از ارتقای قدرت منطقه‌ای

ارتقای قدرت منطقه‌ای برای ج.ا.ایران که در یکی از مناطق راهبردی ژئوپلیتیکی جهان قرار گرفته، امری لازم و ضروری می‌باشد تا زمینه تحقق اهداف عالی نظام و انقلاب اسلامی فراهم گردد. بنابراین لازم است اهداف ج.ا.ایران از ارتقای قدرت منطقه‌ای، به‌صورت شفاف مشخص و بیان گردد تا گمان کشور‎گشایی و قلمروخواهی ایران برطرف و از سوی دیگر با مشخص شدن اقدام‌های بشردوستانه و هدف‌های خیرخواهانه ج.ا.ایران، سایر کشورهای منطقه نیز درراستای دستیابی به امنیت پایدار و باثبات، با ج.ا.ایران هم‎راستا گردند. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و رویکرد آن ترکیبی با روش توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. هدف این تحقیق، تبیین اهداف ج.ا.ایران از ارتقای قدرت منطقه‌ای بوده و داده‌ها به دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی (پرسشنامه) گرد‎آوری که اطلاعات به‌دست آمده با کمک نرم‌افزار spss، مورد تجزیه‌‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفتند. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی محتوا و توزیع دومرحله‌ای و پایایی آن از روش آلفای کرونباخ با نتیجه‌ای معادل 0/961 تعیین گردیده است. نمونه آماری با روش تمام‌شمار و معادل 57 نفر می‌باشد. در نهایت، اهداف ج.ا.ایران از ارتقای قدرت منطقه‌ای، سه هدف اصلی و کلان بازدارندگی، دفاع همه‌جانبه و دفاع مشروع تبیین گردید و با ضریب اطمینان 95%، موردتایید جامعه آماری نیز قرار گرفت و محقق با تعیین فاصله میانگین جامعه آماری، محاسبه میانگین مرکب و درنهایت با استفاده از استدلال فراوانی «کای‌دو»، سطح معنادار را تعیین و در پایان مشخص گردید که هدف اصلی ج.ا.ایران از ارتقای قدرت منطقه‌ای، رسیدن به «بازدارندگی همه‌جانبه دفاعی (با تکیه بر گسترش و توسعه ظرفیت‌هاو قابلیت‌های دفاعی امنیتی همسو)» می‌باشد.

Explaining the Aims of the Islamic Republic of Iran Regarding Promotion of Regional Power

Promotion of the regional power for the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is located in one of the strategic geopolitical regions of the world, is a necessity in order to pave the ground for the realization of the lofty goals of the system and the Islamic Revolution. As a result, it is necessary for the Islamic Republic of Iran define and state its objectives in a clear way considering promotion of the regional power in order to exclude the suspicion of Iran’s decolonization. On the other hand, if the Islamic Republic of Iran explains its humanitarian actions and benevolent aims, other countries in the region will align with it in order to achieve stable and unwavering security. This is an applied research and employed a mixed method with a descriptiveanalytical approach. The aim of this study was to explain the aims of the Islamic Republic of Iran in regard to promotion of its regional power. The data were collected by two library and field (questionnaire) methods and were analyzed using SPSS software. The validity of the questionnaire was determined through content validity and twostage distribution and its reliability was 0.961 using Cronbach’s alpha method. The statistical sample included 57 individuals. Finally, the aims of the Islamic Republic of Iran in regard to promotion of regional power were defined in terms of three major goals, i.e. deterrence, comprehensive defense and legitimate defense, and were approved by the statistical population with 95% confidence. By determining the distance of the mean of the statistical population, calculating the composite mean and finally using the frequency argument of  x2, the researcher determined the level of significance and at the end it was determined that the main goal of the Islamic Republic of Iran in promoting regional power is to achieve comprehensive defense deterrence.
