معرفی الگوی قابلیت‌های پویا در تبدیل تهدیدها به فرصت‌ها و خلق مزیت رقابتی در ارتش ج.ا.ایران

ارتش ج.ا.ایران جهت مقابله با تهدیدها و سازگاری با محیط عملیاتی و همچنین شکل‌دهی محیط می‌تواند قابلیت‌های درونی و بیرونی ویژه خود در قالب شایستگی ‌های جدیدی که متناسب با محیط‌های پیچیده و متلاطم می‌باشد را یکپارچه کرده و با پیکربندی جدید به‌صورت مجموعه ‌ای از رفتارهای سطح بالا ،آموخته شده و الگومند درآورده و محیط را شکل داده و منابع محوری خود را اصلاح و به مزیت رقابتی در سطح منطقه و فرامنطقه برسد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارائه الگوی قابلیت‌های پویا در تبدیل تهدید‌ها به فرصت‌ها و خلق مزیت رقابتی در ارتش ج.ا.ایران می‌باشد. بنابراین جهت پژوهش حاضر با مطالعه منابع کتابخانه ‌ای و مصاحبه با 10 نفر از خبرگان، متغیرهای الگو استخراج و پس از تایید روایی محتوا، روایی سازه ‌ای نیز انجام گردید، جامعه آماری شامل مراکز مطالعاتی ارتش ج.ا.ایران در تهران و حجم نمونه نیز 315 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی و طبقه ای انتخاب شد. در ادامه جهت طراحی الگو  و مشخص کردن نوع، جهت و شدت متغیرها از معادلات ساختاری (ایموس) در هفت بخش شامل فرصت ‌ها و قابلیت های بیرونی، تهدیدها، قابلیت‌های حسی، قابلیت‌های بهره‌برداری، قابلیت ‌های سازمانی، قابلیت‌های یکپارچگی و مزیت رقابتی استفاده گردید. مقادیر به‌دست آمده نشانگر برازش خوب الگو بوده و نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که قوی‌ترین ضریب تاثیر مربوط به تهدیدهای بیرونی بر قابلیت ‌های حسی و ضعیف‌ترین ضریب تاثیر مربوط به بعد قابلیت‌های بهره‌برداری بر قابلیت ‌های یکپارچگی در الگو می ‌باشد.

Presenting a Model of Dynamic Capabilities in Transforming Threats into Opportunities and Creating a Competitive Advantage in the Army of Islamic Republic of Iran

The Army of Islamic Republic of Iran in order to deal with threats and become accustomed to the operational environment, as well as to shape the environment can integrate its distinct interior and exterior capabilities in the form of new competencies that are appropriate for the complex and tempestuous environments. Also, through the employment of a new configuration, it can provide a frame of a set of highlevel, acquired and modeled behaviors, shape the environment and modify its core resources, and achieve a competitive advantage in the region and beyond. The aim of this study is to provide a model of dynamic capabilities in converting threats into opportunities and creating a competitive advantage in the Army of Islamic Republic of Iran. Thus, by studying library resources and interviewing 10 experts, variables of the model were extracted and after confirming the content validity, structural validity was also performed. The statistical population comprised of the study centers of the Army of Islamic Republic of Iran in Tehran. The sample size was 315 individuals who were randomly selected. In order to design a model and specify the type, direction and intensity of variables, the structural equations models (EMOS) was used in seven sections including external opportunities and capabilities, threats, sensory capabilities, operational capabilities, organizational capabilities, integration capabilities and competitive advantages. The obtained values ​​indicate an appropriate goodness of fit regarding the model and the results of the present study showed that the strongest impact factor is related to external threats on sensory capabilities and the weakest impact factor is related to the dimension of productivity capabilities on the integration capabilities in this model.
