تبیین مختصات الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت در بخش دفاع براساس منویات و تدابیر امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی)

برابر تدابیر ابلاغی مقام معظم رهبری و فرماندهی کل قوا (مدظله العالی) و به منظور حرکت هدفمند و مشخص به سمت هدف‌های عالیه کشور، دستورکار قطعی نظام جمهوری اسلامی، دنبال کردن الگوی پیشرفت اسلامی ایرانی است. مقاله حاضر به تبیین مختصات الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت با محوریت بخش دفاع می‌پردازد. این مقاله از نظر هدف، اکتشافی است و با بررسی اسناد و مدارک موجود و تحلیل محتوای بیانات مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله‌ العالی) به شناسایی و تبیین این مهم پرداخته شده است. رویکرد این پژوهش، استقرایی و چگونگی انجام آن، کیفی است. باتوجه به ماهیت پژوهش، از نظریه داده‌ بنیاد استفاده شده است. برابر نظریه ارائه شده، خوداتکایی و خودکفایی به‌عنوان شرایط علی، عدالت محوری به‌عنوان طبقه محوری، سرمایه اجتماعی به‌عنوان عامل مداخله‌ گر، اخلاق مداری به‌عنوان بستر و زمینه‌ساز الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت خواهند بود که پیامد و نتیجه راهبردهای تعامل و کنش شامل ارتقای توان علمی و خوداتکایی، فرصت شناسی و آینده نگری، سیاست گذاری و برنامه‌ ریزی، بهبود مستمر، گفتمان‌سازی، توکل، ارتقای توانمندی و شایستگی مدیران، نگاه سامان مند و فراگیر است.

Clarifying the Characteristics of the Iranian Islamic Model of Development in Defense Sector According to Imam Khamenei’s Intentions and Policies (His Majesty)

Based on the measurements stated by the Supreme Leader and the CommanderinChief of the Armed Forces (His Majesty) and in order to purposefully and clearly move towards the uppermost goals of the country, the Islamic Republic of Iran agenda is to pursue the IslamicIranian development model. This paper clarifies the characteristics of the Iranian Islamic model of progress with a focus on the defense sector. This paper is an exploratory one in terms of its purpose and has identified and explained this affair by examining the available documents and analyzing the content of the Supreme Leader’s statements. This research is employed an inductive and qualitative approach. Regarding its nature, this research has used the theory of database. According to the proposed theory, selfreliance and selfsufficiency are considered as the conditions of causality, justicecenteredness as the pivotal class, social capital as the intervening factor, morality as the foundation and background of the Iranian Islamic model of progress. The consequence of the strategies of interaction and action will include improving scientific ability and selfreliance, opportunism and foresight, policymaking and planning, continuous improvement, discourse building, trust, improving the ability and competence of managers, is a systematic and comprehensive view.
