بررسی نظریه اخلاق کاری در نیروهای مسلح ج.ا.ایران

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و ارزیابی نظریه اخلاق کاری در نیروهای مسلح مبتنی بر مبانی فلسفه علم و جامعه‌شناختی و براساس مطالعه‌ای کیفی انجام شده است. به این منظور با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه نیمه ‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان، پیش‌فرض‌های بنیادین مربوط به مبانی فلسفی نظریه اخلاق کاری (هستی‌شناسی، معرفت‌شناسی، انسان‌شناسی و روش‌شناسی) و مبانی جامعه‌شناختی شناسایی گردیده و در ادامه مبتنی بر رهیافت عینی گرا – ذهنی گرا و رهیافت نظم‌دهی – تغییر بنیادی، به ارزیابی دیدگاه فکری غالب (پارادایم) بر نظریه اخلاق کاری در نیروهای مسلح پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران عالی‌رتبه و اعضای هیئت علمی برجسته مراکز دانشگاهی در نیروهای مسلح می‌باشند. نمونه آماری به روش هدفمند قضاوتی به تعداد 11 نفر انتخاب شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش «تحلیل محتوا» انجام شده است. در پایان نتایج پژوهش بیانگر رویکرد عینی ذهنی‌گرا نظریه اخلاق کاری در نیروهای مسلح از دید مبانی فلسفی و دیدگاه نظم دهی در تبیین مبانی جامعه‌شناختی می‌باشد. همچنین بر اساس طرح پیشنهادی، نظریه اخلاقِ‌کاری در نیروهای مسلح در محدوده دیدگاه‌های فکری غالب کارکردگرایی تفسیری ارزیابی شده است.

A Study of the Work Ethics Theory in Armed Forces of I.R. of Iran

The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating and evaluating the work ethics theory in the armed forces based on the foundations of the philosophy of science and sociology and employed a qualitative method. To this end, using library studies and semistructured interviews with experts, the fundamental assumptions regarding the philosophical foundations of business ethics theory (ontology, epistemology, anthropology and methodology) and sociological foundations are identified, and following that based on objectivesubjective and regulatorychange doctrine, the paramount fundamental paradigm assessment of the work ethic theory in the armed forces has been evaluated. The statistical population of the study consists of senior managers and faculty members of leading academic centers in the armed forces. The statistical sample was selected by purposive method from 11 persons. Data analysis was performed using the content analysis method. Finally, the results of the study indicate an objectivesubjective approach to the theory of work ethics in the armed forces from the perspective of philosophical foundations and a regulated perspective in explaining sociological foundations. Also, according to the proposal, the theory of work ethics in the armed forces has been evaluated within the domain of the prevailing intellectualfunctionalist views.
