بررسی نیازها، قابلیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های فرماندهی و مدیریت در عرصه جنگ‌های آینده ج.ا.ایران

جنگ به‌عنوان پدیده ای ویرانگر همواره امنیت انسان ها را تهدید کرده و با گذر زمان و پیشرفت فناوری، صحنه های جنگ پیچیده تر و گسترده تر شده و همین تغییرات نیاز به مطالعه در خصوص جنگ و توانمندی‌های مقابله با آن را ضروری تر می نماید. هدف این پژوهش بررسی توانمندی ها براساس نیاز حوزه‌های مختلف فرماندهی و مدیریت صحنه جنگ در ج.ا.ایران می باشد. این تحقیق از جنبه جهت گیری، کاربردی و از جنبه هدف، توصیفی می باشد. به‌منظور تحقق هدف‌های تحقیق ابتدا با مطالعه پیشینه و ادبیات نظری تحقیق و مصاحبه با خبرگان، صحنه جنگ در سه حوزه فرماندهی، مدیریت و سطوح راهبردی دسته‌بندی گردید و سپس با انتخاب نمونه آماری از جامعه آماری (شامل استادان و دانش‌آموختگان دانشکده دفاع ملی) با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به تعداد 85 نفر و نظرخواهی از آن‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته و با بهره‌گیری از روش تحقیق آمیخته (علّی مقایسه‌ای و معادلات ساختاری) و استفاده از آزمون «خی دو»، نتایج دسته‌بندی گردید. در نتیجه تحقیق درکنار تقسیم بندی صحنه جنگ در سه حوزه فرماندهی، مدیریت و سطوح راهبردی، توانمندی‌ها و نیازهای مستقل هریک از این سه حوزه به منظور جهت‌گیری‌های تربیت نیروی انسانی کارآمد و متناسب با نیازهای صحنه جنگ آینده ج.ا.ایران مشخص گردید.

Assessing Command and Management Needs, Competencies, and Capabilities in the Field of Future Wars of I.R. of Iran

As devastating phenomena, wars always threaten human security, and unfortunately as time passes and technology advances, war scenes become more complex and widespread, and these changes need to be studied regarding a war and its coping capabilities. The aim of this study is to review capabilities based on the needs of different areas in relation to command and management of the war scene in I.R. of Iran. This research is an applied study regarding its orientation, and a descriptive one considering its purpose. In order to attain the goals of this study, at first, by studying the background and theoretical literature of the topic and interviewing the experts, the field of war was categorized into three areas of command, management, and strategic levels. Then, by selecting a statistical sample from the statistical population (including National Defense faculty professors and graduates), the results were categorized using Cochran formula with 85 participants, obtaining opinions, using a researchermade questionnaire and mixed research method (causalcomparative and structural equations) and chisquare test. As a result of the research, while dividing the war scene into three areas of command, management and strategic levels, the capabilities and needs of each of these three regions have been identified in order to provide efficient human resources training and commensurate with the needs of the future war scene of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
