تبیین الزام‌های تحقق اصول رهنامه راهبردی نظامی - امنیتی نیروهای مسلح ج.ا.ایران

رهنامه به‌عنوان میثاق مشترک و مجموعه‌ای از اصول و چارچوب‌های ساختاریافته‌ای است که چگونگی فعالیت‌های دفاعی نیروها و سازمان‌ها را در سطوح مختلف تعیین می‌نماید. بنابراین به‌منظور ارتقای اقتدار دفاعی در حوزه نظامی امنیتی و افزایش توانمندی و کارآمدی نیروهای مسلح، باید رهنامه راهبردی که برگرفته از اصول بنیادین و راهنمای عمل و‌ پشتیبانی نیروهای مسلح باشد، تدوین گردد. آنچه این پژوهش از ابتدا به‌دنبال آن بوده، تبیین الزام‌های موثر بر تحقق اصول رهنامه راهبردی نظامی– امنیتی نیروهای مسلح ج.ا.ایران به‌صورت علمی و روشمند است که به‌این منظور در ادبیات پژوهش با گرد‌آوری اطلاعات به روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی به مفهوم‌شناسی، مبانی نظری و گردآوری محتوای مرتبط با الزام‌های تحقق رهنامه راهبردی نظامی– امنیتی نیروهای مسلح ج.ا.ایران پرداخته شد. سپس داده‌های گرد آوری شده حاصل از تکمیل پرسشنامه‌های توزیع‌شده میان صاحب‌نظران، از راه نرم‌افزارهای آماری موردآزمون قرار گرفته و 71 الزام  به‌عنوان الزام‌های موثر بر تحقق اصول رهنامه راهبردی  نظامی– امنیتی نیروهای مسلح ج.ا.ایران تعیین و تبیین گردید.

Explaining the Requirements of Implementing the Principles of the MilitarySecurity Strategic Guideline of the Armed Forces of I.R. of Iran

Doctrine is a common covenant and a set of structured principles and frameworks that defines how defense forces and organizations operate at different levels. Therefore, a strategic guideline based on the fundamental principles and guiding action and support of the armed forces should be formulated in order to enhance the defensemilitary authority and increase the capability and efficiency of the armed forces. What this research has sought from the beginning is to illuminate the effective requirements of realizing the principles of the militarysecurity strategic guidelines of the armed forces of Islamic Republic of Iran in a scientific and methodical manner. To this end research literature was investigated through collecting data via library and field methods regarding this concept, theoretical basics and collecting related content regarding the requirements of the implementation of the militarysecurity strategic guidelines of the armed forces of I.R. of Iran. Then, the data collected through completing the questionnaires distributed among the experts were tested through statistical software and 71 requirements were considered as the effective necessities regarding the realization of the principles of militarysecurity strategic guideline of I.R. of Iran’s Armed Forces.
