راهبردهای سیاسی تقویت اقتدار ملی ج.ا.ایران با تاکید بر اولو‌یت‌بندی مولفه‌های بعد سیاسی قدرت ملی

با تثبیت انقلاب اسلامی، به‌منظور دستیابی به آرمان‌های متعالی انقلاب، هدف‌های نظام سیاسی در سطح ملی، منطقه‌ای و جهانی نمود پیدا کرد. با این حال دستیابی به هدف‌های تعریف‌شده، به‌خودی خود ممکن نبوده و نیست، بلکه به گستره اقتدار نظام سیاسی بستگی دارد. اقتدار محصول آنی و مستقیم قدرت ملی می‌باشد، به‌بیان دیگر، ابعاد چندگانه قدرت ملی سرچشمه اقتدار ملی می‌باشند. در این میان بُعد سیاسی قدرت ملی به‌عنوان یک نظام هوشمند، نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در تقویت اقتدار ملی دارد؛ در همین راستا هدف اصلی این مقاله تدوین راهبردهای سیاسی تقویت اقتدار ملی ج.ا.ایران با تاکید بر اولویت‌بندی مولفه‌های بُعد سیاسی قدرت ملی است که با روش پیمایشی و استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری موردمطالعه استادان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز می‌باشند که از کل جامعه آماری موردمطالعه تعداد 150 نفر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار sample power انتخاب گردید. تحلیل‌های آماری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss و روش swot انجام گرفت. نتایج به‌دست آمده از تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل نشان می‌دهد که مولفه‌های کمّی‌پذیر بُعد سیاسی قدرت ملی یعنی مشروعیت سیاسی، مشارکت سیاسی، سرمایه اجتماعی، انسجام و وحدت ملی، اعتماد سیاسی، بسیج سیاسی و قدرت نرم  بر تقویت اقتدار ملی ج.ا.ایران اثرگذار است. براساس نتایج swot وضعیت اقتدار ملی ج.ا.ایران از نظر محیط داخلی و خارجی، از میان چهار راهبرد مشخص‌شده در موضع راهبردهای تهاجمی قرار دارد.

Political Strategies to Strengthen I.R. of Iran’ National Authority by Emphasizing Prioritization of Political Dimensions of National Power

As the Islamic Revolution was consolidated, the goals of the political system at the national, regional and global levels developed in order to achieve the ambitions of the revolution. Achieving the defined goals, however, was not possible by itself and is not possible, but depends on the extent of the authority of the political system. Authority is the direct product of national power, in other words, the multiple dimensions of national power are the source of national authority. Meanwhile, the political dimension of national power as an intelligent system plays a decisive role in strengthening national authority. In this regard, the main purpose of this study is to formulate political strategies to strengthen the national authority of the Islamic Republic of Iran by emphasizing the prioritization of the components of political power. This study employed a survey method and was done using questionnaires. The statistical population included professors of Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz, among whom 150 individuals were selected using Sample Power software. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software and SWOT method. The results of the analysis show that the quantifiable components of the political dimension of national power, i.e. political legitimacy, political participation, social capital, national cohesion and unity, political trust, political mobilization and soft power are influential upon enhancing national authority of I.R. of Iran. According to SWOT results, the status of the I.R. of Iran’s national authority in terms of internal and external environment among the four identified strategies is considered as aggressive strategies.
