بررسی نقش عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی ج.ا.ایران بر راهبرد دفاعی آن

عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی شامل کلیه عواملی است که در چارچوب جغرافیا، سیاست و قدرت بر راهبرد دفاعی ج.ا.ایران اثرگذار باشند، این عوامل شبیه ابعاد قدرت ملی بوده و در انتخاب نوع راهبرد دفاعی نقش مهمی دارند. بنابراین عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی دیکته کرده و سپس راهبرد دفاعی بر مبنای آن تدوین می‌گردد. در این مقاله عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی دارای 8 بُعد می باشد: طبیعی، انسانی، اقتصادی، سیاسی داخلی و سیاسی خارجی، نظامی، فرهنگی و علم و فناوری. این پژوهش به روش زمینه ای موردی با رویکرد کمی انجام گردیده و از نوع توسعه ای کاربردی می‌باشد، روش گردآوری اطلاعات، میدانی و کتابخانه ای بوده و جامعه آماری 85 نفر، که با استفاده از روش های تحلیل خبرگی، تحلیل‌ شده است. هدف تحقیق دستیابی به نقش عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی بر راهبرد دفاعی ج.ا.ایران می‌باشد. نتایج تحقیق حکایت از 51 مولفه ژئوپلیتیکی است، (8 مولفه طبیعی، 5 مولفه انسانی، 7 مولفه اقتصادی، 5 مولفه سیاست داخلی،4 مولفه سیاست خارجی،12 مولفه نظامی، 5 مولفه فرهنگی و 5 مولفه علمی فناوری) تعداد 12 مولفه آن هم‌زمان دارای دو نقش هستند، یعنی درمجموع عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی ج.ا.ایران داری 51 مولفه و 63 نقش می‌باشند. درمجموع این 63 نقش شامل: 34 قوت،10 ضعف، 13 فرصت و 6 تهدید می باشند. پس از محاسبه، تعیین موقعیت راهبردی مشخص گردید که ج.ا.ایران در حوزه عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی در موقعیت تهاجمی خفیف قرار دارد.

Investigating the Role of Geopolitical Factors of I.R. of Iran Regarding Its Defense Strategy

Geopolitical factors comprise all factors that influence the defense strategy of I.R. of Iran in terms of geography, politics and power. These factors are similar to the dimensions of national power and play a significant role in selecting the type of defense strategy. Therefore, geopolitical factors dictate and then a defense strategy is formulated based on it. In this paper geopolitical factors have eight dimensions: Natural, human, economic, domestic and foreign policies, military, cultural, and technological. This research is a casefield study with a quantitative approach and is of developmentalapplied nature. Data collection was done using field and library methods and the statistical population included 85 individuals, using expertise analytical methods. The aim of this paper is to explore the role of geopolitical factors regarding I.R. of Iran’s defense strategy. The results show 51 geopolitical components (8 natural, 5 human, 7 economic, 5 domestic policy, 4 foreign policy, 12 military, 5 cultural, and 5 scientifictechnological factors). 12 factors have two roles simultaneously, i.e. the geopolitical factors of Iran have 51 components and 63 roles. In total, these 63 roles include: 34 strengths, 10 weaknesses, 13 opportunities, and 6 threats. After calculating the strategic positioning, it became clear that I.R. of Iran is in a mild offensive position regarding the field of geopolitical factors.
