بررسی و شناسایی مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار بر زنجیره تامین پایدار از دیدگاه مالی با رویکرد متدولوژی سیستم‌های نرم(ssm): مطالعه موردی شرکت لبنی پگاه گیلان

امروزه سازمان‌ها برای حضور و بقای خود در عرصه‌ی بزرگ رقابت، نیازمند تدوین برنامه‌های راهبردی مدیریتی می‌باشند که یکی از کلیدی‌ترین آن‌ها، مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار و چالش‌های مالی در این زنجیره است. از طرفی مسئله مدیریت زنجیره تامین جزء مسائل پیچیده و غیرساختار یافته است و ذینفعان گوناگونی در آن دخالت دارند. بنابراین در پژوهش حاضر، هدف، شناسایی مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار بر زنجیره تامین پایدار از بعد مالی با استفاده از روش متدولوژی سیستم‌های نرم در شرکت لبنی پگاه گیلان به عنوان مطالعه ی موردی است. بدین‌صورت که ابتدا با استفاده از رویکرد مذکور، مسئله ساختار نیافته مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار از نگاه مالی، بیان شده و سپس با بررسی و تحلیل آن، تصویر گویای بازیگران مختلف سیستم ترسیم و تعریفی ریشه‌ای از آن‌ها مطرح می‌گردد. در ادامه یک مدل مفهومی از فعالیت‌ها، با استفاده از تعریف ریشه‌ای ارائه و در مرحله بعد مدل مذکور با دنیای واقعی مقایسه می‌شود. در نهایت تغییرات مطلوب جهت بهبود و توسعه سیستم واقعی شناسایی شده و برنامه‌هایی جهت اجرای آن‌ها، ارائه می‌گردد تا موجب بهبود کارکرد و افزایش سودآوری سیستم مدیریت زنجیره تامین شود. همچنین بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، بعد مالی، پولی، پایداری و ریسک، چهار مولفه‌ی اصلی تاثیرگذار بر زنجیره تامین پایدار هستند. نتایج این پژوهش برای طراحی الگوهای بهبود در زنجیره تامین پایدار و تصمیمات راهبردی سازمان موثر خواهد بود.

investigation and identification of components affecting sustainable supply chain from a financial perspective using soft systems methodology(ssm): case study pegah gilan dairy company

nowadays, organizations need to formulate strategic management plans for their presence in the big field of competition. one of the most important of these is sustainable supply chain management and the financial challenges in this chain. also, supply chain management has become a complex and unstructured issue and has various stakeholders involved. therefore, in the present study, the purpose is to identify the effective components on the sustainable supply chain from the financial point of view using soft systems methodology at pegah gilan dairy company as a case study. in this way, using the aforementioned approach, the problem of unstructured sustainable supply chain management from the financial point of view is expressed, and then by analyzing it, the image of different players of the drawing system and their root definition is raised. in the following, a conceptual model of activities is presented using the root definition and then the model is compared with the real world. finally, the desired changes to improve and develop the actual system are identified and programs implemented to improve the performance and increase the profitability of the supply chain management system. also, based on the results of research, financial, monetary, sustainability and risk are the four main components affecting sustainable supply chain. the results of this study will be effective for designing patterns of improvement in sustainable supply chain and strategic decisions of the organization.
