ارزیابی ارتباط اشتراک گذاری دانش منابع انسانی با عملکرد سازمان با تاکید بر نقش میانجی گری سرمایه فکری (مورد مطالعه: شرکت های کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد)

امروزه دانش یا سرمایه فکری به عنوان عامل تولید ثروت، در کسب مزیت رقابتی و پیشبرد اهداف سازمان نقش بسزایی دارد. صنعت کاشی و سرامیک از صنایع تولیدی مهم ایران است و توجه به عملکرد این صنعت، نیازی اساسی می باشد. هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی تاثیر اشتراک گذاری دانش منابع انسانی بر عملکرد شرکتهای کاشی و سرامیک با تاکید بر نقش میانجی سرمایه فکری است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مدیران و خبرگان صنعت کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد بود. پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. داده های پژوهش با پرسشنامه های استاندارد اشتراک گذاری دانش، سرمایه فکری و عملکرد سازمانی جمع آوری شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه ها حاکی از روایی و پایایی مطلوب ابزارهای اندازه گیری بودند. برای آزمون مدل مفهومی و فرضیه های پژوهش از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر روش pls استفاده ‌شد. نتایج نشان داد که سرمایه انسانی، ساختاری و رابطه ای با عملکرد عملیاتی و مالی ارتباط معناداری دارد؛ همچنین اشتراک گذاری دانش صریح و دانش ضمنی منابع انسانی به ترتیب بر عملکرد مالی و عملیاتی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. در نتیجه، توجه به عوامل موثر بر اشتراک گذاری دانش و ارتقاء ابعاد سرمایه فکری، عامل موثری در بهبود عملکرد می باشد.

evaluation of relationship between human resources knowledge sharing with organization`s performance with emphasis on the mediating role of intellectual capital (case study: yazd tile and ceramic companies)

today, knowledge or intellectual capital plays a more significant role in achieving competitive advantage and attaining organizational goals. tile and ceramic industry is one of important industries in iran. so, attention to performance in this industry is very essential. the aim of the current research is to assessment the effect of human resources knowledge sharing on performance in yazd tile and ceramic companies with emphasizing on the mediating role of intellectual capital. the statistical population of the study was managers and experts in the tile and ceramic industry. the present research is a descriptive-correlational survey which data were collected using standard knowledge sharing, intellectual capital and organizational performance questionnaires. the validity and reliability of the questionnaires indicated that the instrumentation had a good validity and reliability. structural equation modeling (sem) based on partial least squares (pls) method was used to test the research hypotheses and conceptual model. the results of data analysis showed that human, structural and relation capital have a significant effect on operational and financial performance. also, explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on financial and operational performance, respectively. according to the findings, it can be concluded that paying attention to factors affecting knowledge sharing and promotion of intellectual capital dimensions is an effective factor in performance improvements.
