طراحی نقشه‌شناختی فازی سناریو محور شاخص‌های زیست محیطی مدل تعالی عملکرد (مورد مطالعه: صنایع فولاد استان یزد)

فعالیت های اقتصادی از منابع طبیعی استفاده می کنند و به آن ها وابستگی دارند و ماهیت فرآیند آن ها به‌گونه ای است که به‌طور بالقوه محیط زیست را آلوده می کنند، بنابراین باید شیوه های ارزیابی عملکرد زیست محیطی در صنایع مختلف اعم از صنایع فولاد، بازنگری گردند. هدف این مطالعه شناسایی شاخص های زیست محیطی مدل تعالی عملکرد صنایع فولاد یزد و طراحی روابط بین آن ها از طریق نقشه شناختی فازی است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از جهت نوع و جمع‌آوری داده ها توصیفی–پیمایشی است. در ابتدا با رویکرد فراترکیب، 40 مقاله به‌عنوان نمونه بررسی و به‌منظور شناسایی شاخص های تکمیلی با فعالان زیست محیطی در صنعت فولاد مصاحبه شد که 269 شاخص زیست محیطی، 36 مفهوم و 9 مقوله مدل تعالی عملکرد شناسایی گردید. جهت گردآوری داده ها و بررسی ارتباط مفاهیم زیست محیطی، خبرگان صنعتی و دانشگاهی پرسشنامه ها را تکمیل نموده اند و با تکنیک نقشه شناختی فازی و نرم افزارهای fcmapper و pajek اقدام به طراحی مدل ارتباط دهنده بین عوامل و سناریوسازی پژوهش گردیده است. یافته های پژوهش از نقشه شناختی فازی طراحی‌شده، 157 ارتباط میان 36 مفهوم را نشان می دهند که شش سناریو به دو صورت، سناریو رو به عقب و سناریو رو به جلو حاصل‌شده است.

Design of Fuzzy ScenarioBased Cognitive Map of Environmental Indicators of Performance Excellence Model (Case Study: Yazd Steel Industries)

Economic activities use and depend on natural resources, and the nature of their processes is such that they potentially pollute the environment. Therefore, environmental evaluation practices in various industries, including the steel industries, should be reviewed. The purpose of this study is to identify the environmental indicators of performance excellence model of Yazd Steel Industries and design the relationships between them through fuzzy cognitive map. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey in terms of type and data collection. At first, with the metasynthesis approach, 40 articles were reviewed as samples and in order to identify complementary indicators, environmental activists in the steel industry were interviewed, in which 269 environmental indicators, 36 concepts and 9 categories of performance excellence model were identified. In order to collect data and examine the relationship between environmental concepts, industrial and academic experts have completed the questionnaires and with the fuzzy cognitive map technique and FCMapper and Pajek softwares, a linking model between factors and scenario making has been designed. The research findings from the designed fuzzy cognitive map show 157 relationships between 36 concepts, of which six scenarios are obtained in two ways, backward scenario and forward scenario
