تبیین الگوی پایداری ائتلاف استراتژیک با روش ترکیبی اکتشافی

ناکارآمدی و فروپاشی زودرس ائتلاف‌های استراتژیک، مدیران فعال در این حوزه را بر آن داشته تا برنامه‌های لازم در راستای جلوگیری از بی‌ثباتی ائتلاف‌ها را به‌صورت منسجم پیگیری نمایند و بدان جهت پایداری و دوام ائتلاف‌های استراتژیک به مسئله مهمی برای سازمان‌های فعال در این حوزه تبدیل شده است. هدف تحقیق حاضر دستیابی به الگوی جامع پایداری ائتلاف استراتژیک می‌باشد تا بدین‌وسیله نقشه راهی در جهت حفظ و نگهداشت ائتلاف‌های استراتژیک در راستای به‌کارگیری موفق آنها ارائه گردیده و چارچوبی کارا و موثر در اختیار مدیران فعال در این حوزه قرار گیرد. به‌دلیل پیچیدگی فرآیند ائتلاف استراتژیک و به جهت ارائه الگوی بومی، روش ترکیبی اکتشافی به‌کار گرفته شد و بدین منظور با ترکیب داده‌های کیفی و کمی، درک عمیق پدیده مورد مطالعه در بستر آن و تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج تحقیق به‌صورت توامان امکان‌پذیر گردید. به منظور شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار در هر یک از مراحل فرآیند ائتلاف استراتژیک، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا با خبرگان این حوزه شامل مدیران ارشد ائتلاف‌های استراتژیک و اساتید دانشگاهی فعال در این حوزه مصاحبه شد و در قسمت بعد به‌منظور بسط قدرت تعمیم‌پذیری با استفاده از روش کمی، به طراحی پرسشنامه و توزیع آن میان محدوده گسترده‌تری از مدیران فعال در ائتلاف‌های شرکت‌های مختلف ایرانی پرداخته شد و در نهایت الگوی جامع پایداری ائتلاف استراتژیک با به‌کارگیری مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استخراج گردید.

Explaining Strategic Alliance Sustainability Pattern with Exploratory Mixed Method

The inefficiency and premature collapse of strategic alliances has prompted executives in this field to pursue coherent programs to prevent alliances instability and because of that, sustainability and durability of strategic alliances has become an important issue for active organizations in this field. The purpose of this study is to achieve a comprehensive strategic alliance sustainability model to present a roadmap for maintaining strategic alliances, implement them successfully and provide an efficient and effective framework for managers of this field. The exploratory hybrid method was used due to the complexity of the strategic alliance process and because of the presentation of the native model, and for this purpose, by combining qualitative and quantitative data, deep understanding of the phenomenon and the generalizability of the results of the research were possible together. In order to identify the influential factors in each stage of the strategic alliance process, using content analysis methodology, experts from this field were interviewed including senior executives of strategic alliances and academics professors active in this field and in the next section, for expanding the generalizability by using the quantitative method, the questionnaire was designed and distributed among a wider range of managers in the various Iranian alliances and finally, the comprehensive strategic stability model of alliances was extracted using structural equation modeling.
