راهبردهای کلان صنعت بانکداری با رویکرد سناریو نویسی

هدف این پژوهش، تعیین سناریوهای صنعت بانکداری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی و چگونگی دستیابی به سناریوهای امکان‌پذیر است. این تحقیق بر اساس هدف، تحقیقی کاربردی است که با استفاده از روش‌های کیفی، اقدام به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات نموده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه، مصاحبه، فیش‌برداری و شبکه‌های اطلاعاتی و آماری است. در این تحقیق جامعه آماری مدیران و متخصصان صنعت بانکداری می‌باشند که با توجه به نوع اطلاعات لازم برای انجام تحقیق، یک نمونه شامل 66 نفر از افراد خبره و صاحب‌نظر در حوزه بانکداری به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی و قضاوتی انتخاب شد. روش این پژوهش مبتنی بر سناریو نگاری است؛ بنابراین پس از تدوین پرسش آغازین و مشخص کردن موضوع اصلی، تشکیل پانل خبرگان، انجام مصاحبه‌های اکتشافی و مشخص کردن نیروهای پیشران،64 متغیر به‌عنوان عوامل اولیه موثر بر صنعت بانکداری در قالب یک ماتریس 64*64 در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت و بعد به کمک نرم‌افزار میک مک،12 عامل کلیدی استخراج و به 38 وضعیت مختلف طبقه‌بندی گردید. سپس این وضعیت‌ها برای تمام عوامل کلیدی به‌صورت ماتریس 38*38 در اختیار متخصصین قرار داده شد و در نرم‌افزار سناریو ویزارد تحلیل گردید. درنهایت هم 3 سناریوی قوی،1 سناریوی باورکردنی و 8 سناریوی ضعیف شناسایی و برای توسعه صنعت بانکداری راهبردهایی ارائه شد.

Banking Industry Macro Strategies through Scenario Approach

The purpose of this study is to determine the scenarios of the banking industry with a future studies approach and how to achieve the possible scenarios. This research by purpose is researchpractical oriented that collects information using qualitative methods. Data collection tools are questionnaires, interviews, taking notes and statistical and information networks. In this research, the statistical population is the managers and specialists of the banking industry who, according to the type of information needed to conduct the research, a sample of 66 experts in the field of banking was selected in a way nonprobability and judgmental sampling. The methodology of this research is based on scenario writing. So, after formulating the initial question and identifying the main subject, forming an expert panel, conducting exploratory interviews and identifying the driving forces, 64 variables were provided to the experts in the form of a 64 * 64 matrix as the primary factors affecting the banking industry. Then, using the Mic Mac software, 12 key factors were extracted and classified into 38 different situations. Then, these situations were presented to the experts for all key factors in a 38 * 38 matrix and analyzed in the Scenario Wizard software. Finally, 3 strong scenarios, 1 believable scenario and 8 weak scenarios were identified and Strategies were presented to develop the banking industry.
