چکیده    ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت اﺧﯿﺮ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮی روﯾﮑﺮد ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻘﯽ ( ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ-ﺧﻼﻗﺎﻧﻪ) را در ﻣﺪﻟﺴﺎزی ﺗﻔﮑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻧﻤﻮده اﻧﺪ ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ آن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و راﻫﺒﺮدی اﻟﮕﻮی ﺗﻔﮑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻣﻠﯽ ﮔﺎز اﯾﺮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺑﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ اﻗﺘﻀﺎﺋﺎت ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ای، ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب روﯾﮑﺮد ﮐﯿﻔﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ راﻫﺒﺮد داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎد و ﻣﺘﺎﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮای اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺎ ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮی روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ و اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻓﯿﺶ ﺑﺮداری از اﺳﻨﺎد و ﻣﺪارک، داده ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﮔﺮدآوری ﺷﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ و ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎی اﺛﺮﮔﺬار از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﮐﺪﮔﺬاری ﻧﻈﺮی ﺑﺎ رﻫﯿﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﻈﺎم ﻣﻨﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی روش ﻣﺘﺎﺳﻨﺘﺰ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﯾﮏ ﻗﻀﯿﻪ ﮐﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ رواﺑﻂ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ و ﺗﻌﻤﯿﻢ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ی ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ و زﯾﺮ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی اﻟﮕﻮی ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ (ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻣﺤﻮری) ﺗﻔﮑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺑﺼﯿﺮت ﻧﺎﻣﮕﺬاری ﺷﺪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺷﯿﻮه ﺗﻔﮑﺮ واﮔﺮا ﻣﯿﮕﺮدد ﮐﻪ ﻫﺪف آن ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪﻫﺎی اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﺧﻼﻗﺎﻧﻪ و اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ اﺳﺖ و راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﺗﻔﮑﺮ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺶ ﺷﯿﻮه ﺗﻔﮑﺮ ﻫﻤﮕﺮا و ﻣﻌﻄﻮف ﺑﻪ ﻫﺪف ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد، ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪﻫﺎی اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ را ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺶ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ (ﺑﺼﯿﺮت) در ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ اﻗﺘﻀﺎﺋﺎت ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﺿﺮورت ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ و از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﺗﻔﮑﺮی، ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖﻫﺎی ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ اﻗﺘﻀﺎﺋﺎت ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ.

   Designing and Explaining the Content and Strategic Elements of the Strategic Thinking Competency Model (Case Study: the National Iranian Gas Company)

Abstract    Strategic thinking studies have been developed over the past two decades mainly in two branches of psychology and management. Late researchers have proposed a hybrid approach that has led to the development of an organizational competency. To this end, the purpose of this study was to develop a process model of strategic thinking as an organizational competency and in terms of two dimensions of content and strategy for managers of Gas Company, as its content and strategic elements, based on environmental requirements and the underlying factors. This research was carried out within the framework of a qualitative approach that was explained through the Grounded Theory and coding of the metasynthesis of elements and components of the competence of strategic thinking. To this end, data was collected using a targeted sampling method and semistructured interviews with experts as well as a snapshot of documents. Then, concepts and effective categories were extracted through theoretical coding with a systematic approach, as well as metasynthesis questionnaires. Consequently, a general proposition that expresses the conceptual and generalized relationships between the components of the model of competence of strategic thinking is presented. The findings showed that the content dimension (central category) of strategic thinking, which was named as insight, includes five divergent ways of thinking that aim to produce creative and effective strategic options. And thinking strategies, which include six convergent and goaloriented ways of thinking, select effective strategic options with an analytical approach. Also, the content dimension of strategic thinking (insight) is necessary in response to environmental requirements and through thinking strategies, develops organizational capabilities in accordance with environmental requirements.
