مدل دستیابی تکنولوژی های پیشرفته حوزه it مبتنی بر رویکرد داده بنیاد

تکنولوژی‌های پیشرفته از دیرباز به عنوان یکی از عناصر اساسی تولید و توسعه مطرح و همواره با رشد دانش بشر در حال تغییر بوده و همواره یکی از حیاتی‌ترین اجزاء سازمان‌های تجاری، صنعتی و خدماتی و یک عامل استراتژیک برای توسعه اقتصادی کشورها مطرح بوده است. کسب تکنولوژی‌های پیشرفته، فرآیندی بسیار مهم برای سازمان‌هایی است که تمایل به نوآوری‌های فنی دارند چرا که این نوع تکنولوژی‌ها بر عملکرد سازمان تاثیرگذار بوده و نقش بسزایی در دستیابی به اهداف سازمان ایفا می‌نمایند. با توجه به اهمیت و نقش تکنولوژی به ویژه تکنولوژی‌های پیشرفته در ایجاد مزیت رقابتی برای سازمان‌ها، یکی از مسائل اساسی در خصوص اینگونه تکنولوژی ها، نحوه دستیابی آن‌ها می‌باشد. این پژوهش کیفی با اتخاذ رهیافت مدیریت و تحلیل ریسک‌های دستیابی تکنولوژی به دنبال ارائه مدل دستیابی به تکنولوژی‌های پیشرفته برای صنایع تکنولوژی اطلاعات با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات، 15مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان سازمانی و دانشگاهی صورت گرفته است. نمونه‌گیری به روش نمونه‌گیری نظری بود و با استفاده از تکنیک هدفمند و گلوله برفی انجام شد.تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در فرآیند کدگذاری باز با کمک نرم افزار maxqda10 صورت پذیرفته است. مدل ارائه شده با رویکرد خودظهوری به دست آمد و نتایج تحقیق به صورت روایت تشریح و تبیین شده است.

The Acquisition Model of Advanced IT Technology based on the Grounded Theory

The High technologies have long been considered as one of the basic elements of production and development and have always been changing with the growth of human knowledge and has always been one of the most vital components of commercial, industrial and service organizations and a strategic factor for economic development of countries. Acquiring high technologies is a very important process for organizations that are interested in technical innovations because these types of technologies have affected the performance of the organization and play an important role in achieving the goals of the organization. Given the importance and role of technology, especially advanced technologies in creating a competitive advantage for organizations, one of the basic issues regarding such technologies is how to achieve them. This qualitative research, by adopting a management approach and analyzing the risks of acquiring technology, seeks to provide a model for achieving advanced technologies for the information technology industry using data theory. To collect information, 15 semistructured interviews with organizational and academic experts were conducted. Sampling was theoretical sampling and was performed using targeted technique and snowball. Data analysis in the open coding process was performed with the help of MAXQDA10 software. The proposed model was obtained with a selfemergence approach and the research results are narrated.
